Honorable Enang Aboli remains one of the respected sons of Imabana whose service to the community began long before he ever held political office. Prior to contesting and emerging as the Councilor representing Imabana Ward 1, he was already deeply committed to the growth and development of his people.

Between 2017 and 2018, Hon. Enang Aboli volunteered his time and knowledge as a teacher, freely tutoring Igbo Imabana students in Mathematics. At a time when many young students needed academic support, he stepped forward without expecting payment or recognition, contributing to the educational foundation of many youths in the community.

Beyond education, his passion for community development was evident through initiatives he championed. Through his IISSECO Batch 2005, he spearheaded a tree-planting project across major roads within Imabana. These trees today provide shade, improve ventilation, and beautify the environment — a lasting benefit enjoyed by residents of both council wards.

Like every public servant, Hon. Enang Aboli faced criticism during his time in office, as leadership often attracts differing opinions. However, it is important to acknowledge that he served with dedication and genuine concern for his people. His contributions, both before and during his tenure as councilor, speak clearly of a man committed to community progress.

Today, many still recognize him as one of Imabana’s beloved sons — a leader whose actions reflected service, humility, and love for his community.

Hon. Enang Aboli did well, and Imabana remains proud to call him its own.
