Celebrating Journalism and Wisdom: Agba Jalingo's Birthday Symposium Victoria Ikwun

By ETTAH EMMANUEL O.
Am so happy to have kicked start the year with attending a breath taking symposium and birthday of a man whose pen is indeed mightier than the sword a man that is the fore face of journalism, A journalist who is the mouth piece of the god's, the oracle himself, Mr. Agba Jalingo Happy birthday to you Sir. Thank you for hosting the symposium knowledge was gained, the blind saw, the deaf head, and the dumb spoke.
The occasion was graced by his Excellency, Donald Duke the former governor of cross River State, the man who wears the garment of humility. He showed humility is more profitable than ego.
I was also privileged to drink from the well of our very own father Dr. Cornelius Ellah Who thought and proved that learning never ends and gaining knowledge is a continuous process. The classroom is but a starting point. Your phone can be your teacher too.
A lot was also learnt from the desk of Mr. Neota egbe, other wonderful panelists and F.Baba Isa Esq, he said to me " if you don't want your case kept in court you shouldn't do what would take you there" now that's what you called prevention is better than cure. 😊 Even though I asked him the question after the event he was kind enough to listen and provide me with answers.
Am glad I was a witness to this event thank you so much Agba Jalingo
