Every single SOUL on Earth is on a Soul-Journey, either you know it or not. We are all here to put LOVE into practice and accumulate our own set of experiences to enrich the universal consciousness in God. We are here to enhance upon our God's latent quality in us and to shine light on our darkness.

However there is one important thing we must be aware of if we decide to embark on this path of Enlightenment. We must know that there is a every thin-line between the Dark and Light realms. You can easily sway your way to either side without knowing. However ,this should not be your problem too much for it is written every soul will experience both realms in order to shape your Christ Consciousness. What you need to holdfast so close to your chest to guard your heart jealousy is:-

Whatever spiritual truth or falsehood you may come across on your soul-journey which does not resonate with your heart, please do not accept it. It does not matter who is telling you or where you find such a fact. This only means one thing, you are not ready for such a spiritual fact. It is only the heart which can confirm your spiritual Truth. And if you force yourself to accept and adapt any practice such truth may suggest, you will damage yourself and truncate your spiritual growth and advancement.

What then do you need to do if you want to know where you are on your spiritual journey?.

1. Scan Yourself.:- You need to do an introspection to know where your heart is at that moment : is your heart for God or against and in which direction do you want to direct your energy. This question, you must sincerely answer.

2. Acknowledge Your Light & Darkness:- a Soul”s light and darkness are its strength and weakness. it does not matter which direction you want to go, but it is necessary you acknowledge your light and darkness while on this soul-journey. Your light fuels your Soul-Purpose and your darkness is the challenges to overcome while on your Soul-journey. .And a Soul on its spiral spiritual journey will continuously live the soul day and soul night until it throws warm light (LOVE) on every part of your being.

3. Invite Love into Your Heart:- Love is the center of this universe . It is the glue that holds together all life purposes in us. It is that warm yearning in our heart that wants to be discovered; and if it is not found, it creates a void / emptiness that gives a craving in you begging to be filled with anything you can lay your hand on. However, love is already boundless in the heart, all we need to do is invite it up to fill our heart. This love must be direct to self first all before anybody/anything else. You must learn to love and accept yourself wholly. If not, whatever you hate in yourself , you will hate in others and whatever you love in yourself or wish to have , you will love in others. This type of love will enslave you to the whims and caprices of others. It is not healthy.

Whatever you may arrive as your sincere answers to these questions, accept them and decide to set on your Soul Journey with MINDFULNESS. From then on , live your life fully with everything in you. Just be mindful of all your actions. Being mindful of your actions and thoughts, is not inviting you to be careful with what you do or think about , it is only asking you to be conscious of all your actions and thoughts and be your own reflection (judge). Whatever comes from others should be measured with your heart.:- If It creates fear, anger, worry, guilt, shame or timidity in you, that is any spiritual information that creates any low emotional vibrations in you, REJECT IT. But if it resonates with your heart to be true and creates a call for action in you , then go by it.
