The 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗬 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥-𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 will play a pivotal role in supporting Utopia Industries PVT LTD strategic and operational objectives. This individual will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring compliance, effective budget management, and optimizing financial performance across divisions. The DGM Finance will work closely with top leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilites:

• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  

• Lead and implement efficient financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
  

• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports for senior management, identifying key performance indicators and recommending action plans.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams on cost management, financial modeling, and investment assessments to enhance profitability and minimize risks.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field or qualified ACCA/CA/CMA will be preferred.
  

• Minimum 16 years experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role with leading export-oriented manufacturing firm, preferably in Textile sector.
  

• Strong financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of financial systems, ERP software & financial planning.
  

• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
