In these pivotal times for our beloved state, the APC National Youth Caucus stands united in calling for your support and collaboration towards achieving sustainable development and prosperity under the leadership of His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu. We understand the passion and dedication you have for Cross River State, and it is precisely this fervor that we aim to channel into constructive avenues for progress.

We acknowledge the recent wave of protests that have swept across various parts of our nation, driven by valid concerns and aspirations for a better future. However, we must also recognize the potential risks these protests pose to the stability and development of our state. Destruction of public infrastructure and disruption of daily life only serve to hinder the very progress we all desire.

Therefore, we appeal to you, our fellow youths, to prioritize the long-term interests of Cross River State. Let us refrain from participating in protests that could be manipulated by external forces to sow discord and damage our infrastructure. Instead, let us unite behind Sen. Prince Otu’s government, which has shown a commitment to addressing our collective aspirations for a prosperous future.

Our focus should remain steadfast on fostering an environment conducive to growth, innovation, and inclusivity. By supporting the government’s initiatives, we can actively contribute to the development projects that will enhance the quality of life for all residents of Cross River State. Whether it’s improving healthcare facilities, enhancing educational opportunities, or boosting economic growth, our collective efforts can make a significant difference.

We urge you to think beyond the immediate and consider the enduring impact of our actions on the future generations of Cross Riverians. Let us exemplify to the world that we are a state capable of overcoming challenges through dialogue, cooperation, and unwavering dedication to our shared goals.
