To Prepare Afang,You Will Need The Following Ingredients Such as;
¶ Afang Leaves [Dried or Fresh]
¶ Vegetables [Bell peppers,Tomatoes and onions]
¶ Meat or Fish

¶ Periwinkles
¶ Ponmo
¶ Dried Fish \Roasted Fish
Step by Step Preparations
If Using Dried Afang leaves,Rinse Them Inside Cold Water And Soak Them In Hot Water For About 10 minutes,Drain And Blend Into a Smooth Paste,And If Using a Fresh Leaves,Wash And Chop Them.
¶ Step 1--Wash Your Pot And Rinse Them Thoroughly
¶ Step 2 --Put your pot on Fire And Let The Water Dry

¶ Step 6--Add your washed and diced ponmo,periwinkles,Smoked Fish and Allow to Boil Together and Then Put In Your Spices and salt to make it Tasty
¶ Step 7.--Add your Boiled Meat or it can be fried or Fish and allow everything to cook properly
¶ Step 8-- After All Has Been Cooked Together ,Add Your Grounded /Blended Afang Leaves, Mix it properly And Add a little Juice (Optional).
¶ Step 9-- Allow Everything to Cook Together and Taste The Soup to know if anything needs to be added to it and leave for 3 to 5 minutes Then The Soup is Ready.
¶ Step 10-Serve Hot with Fufu or Any Swallow Of Your Choice
