Since years back, women are not allowed to hold high positions in society such as the position of President, governor and others. Laws in Nigeria hold women back therefore women do not have a say or the equal right as the other gender.

Despite the fact that we have highly educated literates and Wise women they held back. Some people believe that women's education ends in the kitchen and they do not belong to any position or political party other than the kitchen, or the other room. In the aspect of Nigeria's economy, women empowerment is essential as their thoughts and their value system leads to the development of a good nation. When a woman is empowered, it doesn't mean that the other gender becomes powerless. But together they can contribute more efficiently towards the growth and development of the country in every aspect.

With the growth in mother civilization over time and due to expansion of business, social and political activities, society all over the world I've realized the potential of women as contribution to the economic growth and development.
