Review: Loving this book. It's a light read only 79 pages but I have gotten so much from this book. Good solid advice for those of us that have had weightloss surgery. The section on goalsetting alone is worth the price. It's clearly written and has a section for you to set your own goal/affirmations. This is something i have never done but the explanation as to why we should do this has made me a convert. Beth gives her own experiences and it lends to the wisdom of the book. It's an easy read well thought out and gives practial instructions how to change your thinking after weight loss surgery

Review: The Mindset Breakthrough book is an informative resource for anyone who's had surgery or is thinking about having surgery. It's written from the actual weight loss narrative of the author, who provides her insight on the various chapters, categories, sections and points of the bariatric journey. It's well-written and easy to understand, which is a nice change to the deluge of information supplied by my surgeons office. With relearning what it means to eat, how to eat, and when to eat it, the book didn't overload my brain with nonessential information, but rather gave me the secrets to making my surgical decision a success.
