Review: Love this gem of a book written by 2 smart women who are helping to educate and re-contextualize what we know about eating healthy. After making 3 recipes and LOVING them all, I have been gifting this book to my meat-eating friends. I'm also expanding my understanding of high protein ingredients, like collagen peptides, and how these can boost nourishment. Plan to make all the recipes in this book if I can -- delicious.
