Title: BOOK LEAVES OUT MOST IMPORTANT METHOD TO YOUR DEFENSE! (police state agenda present)

Review: This cop just teaches you how obey unlawful orders, how to prepare for a cop assault on a citizen in order to make it look like you are not going down for police assault, resistance, or any movements that will justify a cop killing you as well as how to bend over for corrupt police when engaged in many scenarios. This book is just teaching society how to forfeit and become subject to obedience/ controled by a bunch of tyrannical narcissistic badge bullies. I never heard him mention the number 1 way to defend yourself and your freedom. (because hes a cop im sure)

#1 RULE TO DEFENDING YOUR FREEDOM IS...

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS VIDEO&AUDIO RECORD ANY ENCOUNTER WITH THE BADGE BULLIES. EVEN BETTER TO HAVE THE RECORDING STREAMED AND DOWNLIADED TO AN OUTSIDE SOURCE IN REAL TIME. MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THIS IS VEING RECORDED AND STREAMED TO A SAFE OFFSITE LOCATION. I WILL ASSURE YOU THAT THE COP WILL 9.9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THINK TWICE EVEN THREE OR FOUR TIMES BEFORE TRYING TO FRAUDULENTLY INCRIMINATE YOU, ASSAULT YOU, MOST IMPORTANTLY POROTECTING YOUR LIFE. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO RECORD UNDER THE FIRST AMMENDMENT THAT INCLUDES FREEDOM OF PRESS, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. YOU MAY LEGALLY RECORD IN ANY GIVEN PUBLIC LOCATION AS WELL AS ANYTHING WITHIN VIEW FROM A PUBLIC GROUND. More than half of the cruel scenarios of these corrupt cops the author talks about would never even remotely escelate to had the person being bullied/threatened by the badge had a camera to defend themselves. Also the he author says that you must identify yoursel at any request by the badge, which is not true in may states where you would have to be legally detained/arrested. In order to be detained the cop must have reasonable suspision a crime is, about to, or has been committed. In other states you do however have to lidentify yourself where giving a birth date and name verbally meets the requirement. He does illustrate how there is a real motivation for cops to make as many arrests as poissible essentially with the intention of incriminating any poissible subject. REMEMBER YOU HAVE THE 5TH AMMENDMENT that give you the right to be silent. You dont have to answer a single question. (certain scenarios you may want to choose wise words such as any traffic srops where you know you broke a law)

Ill only use 3 simple responses in broken record, especially when I know they are trying to do abything they can to illegitimatly make me a "criminal".
1. Am I being detained /arrested officer?
2.If im being detained /arrested, what am I being detained / arrested for officer?
3. If im not being detained /arrested, am I now free to leave Officer?

Other than those responses right there I will remain silent while recording the entire situation (knowing of course I have done nothing wrong and the police are just trying to wronfully incriminate me or get me to incriminate myself through malicious psychological/ social tactics**) .

**What you say CAN and WILL be used against you and NEVER to deffend/help your matter in any court. At the same time, it's illegal for you to lie to police while cops can lie to you all day long resulting in a successful immoral arrest made to boost one's reputation/ personal gain within the law enforcement installation where cops litterally are competing against each other for arrests in order to get the next big promotion or service award while feeding the largest revenue generating incarceration system in the world by a massive lead.

Dont let these crimminal badge bullies that took an oath to the Constitution of the United States who are supposed to protect and serve you, the one that employs them(with your tax dollars) do anything but uphold the law.

The author also has this undercover condescending demeanor about him that compliments his arrogance, as it seems he's proud of or brags about the number of arrests he's made and how there's many people who don't know better and who generally do not get into trouble can be easy targets for their malicious, deceptive tactics used to incriminate. This author also claims that one of your best methods of defense is to simply avoid and stay our of sight from law enforcement.... Just what society needs.... The fear of being fraudulently incriminated by the police which are the public's servants intended to protect and serve, as well as maintaining the peace as our taxes represent “we the people” the employer as to police representing the employed by the public for which its sworn by oath to the Constitution of the United States.

There has been a lot of talk in the media, social websites, and video sites about certain things going on that may seem puzzling or down right confusing to the average citizen of the United States.

If you want a view into the attitudes and point of view of the average law enforcement person, you'll get it in the first several chapters of this book. In fact, I think it's quite deliberate on the part of the author. Some may not like it and feel he is talking down, or talking rough, or whatever, BUT, he is trying to SHOW you the point of view, or what's in the mind, of many of the law enforcement personnel of current times.

Furthermore, there are more felonies on the books than many people know. Each state is different and in some states jaywalking or littering are classed as felonies.

Even seemingly minor arrests for these things do one thing - they tag you FOREVER in the justice system computer storage, your picture, fingerprints, DNA (if charged as a felony), and the notation that you were arrested.

Yes, all arrest records are public now in addition to conviction records. Both can be found easily online with any computer and search engine.

Gone are the days of arrest anonymity. More and more even smaller towns are hooking up law enforcement to the Internet.

These findable notations on arrest records (whether or not your were convicted, OR, if the charges were dropped - makes NO difference) can cut off avenues in society like qualifying for college, jobs, getting an apartment since the person reviewing these records cares not for the specifics, only the words "arrest" and "felony" that spell liability in their minds.

ALL parents of teenagers should read this book, and then, read it with their teenager and talk over the content, the consequences that it lays out, the excellent methods to stay out of the grasp of law enforcement, as well as what to do should all else fail and you end up being arrested anyway.

Heck, all people should read this book. It will open your eyes to the fact that a very small percentage of those being arrested are actually criminally minded. There is much that you have no clue about and that, well that not knowing can get you and arrest record you'll regret. "Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure", and in this case it can mean not paying out thousands to bail bondsmen, attorneys and who knows what other costs.

The author readily admits that change to the system is badly needed.

Until that happens, this book is the author's attempt to keep you from doing the things that you have no idea could end you up in jail, or worse, prison.
