Review: This is a required textbook for my course, and the course material seems fine.
I didn't know what "Student Value Edition" meant, other than I got it at a lower price, which was the point of going online. I was very surprised when opening up the package, that there was NO binding! It is hole punched to indicate that it belongs in a 3-ring binder. I wish that I had known that when I ordered it. I would really have been upset had I not had access to the right size binder to place it in!

Title: Simplyfies the Law

Review: This is a good textbook for beginning law students, or just students needing to take law. The format for the most part is easy to follow, the definitions are readily available on the margins, the practice cases are good by encompassing the concepts and rules needed to understand. The only concern was the fact that some concepts seemed very redundant, and oversimplified that it would be difficult to understand if you didn't research further. Besides that, its a good textbook for the basic foundations of law.

Review: Business class required textbook. I didn't read it though as the lecturer was super clear on his lecture. Maybe if I had the motivation, I would have looked though it.

The lecturer said this book took away a lot of amazing cases in the previous edition. I thought I'd point that out. Also I'm not sure if those cases were moved to a different part of the book but it was away from the usual chapter.

I used Amazon rent, and so it was good and cheap!

Review: Even though the pages seem a bit thinner than other value edition texts I've purchased in the past, I like this value edition. The only way to make this deal sweeter is to include a three ring binder and/or chapter dividers (for no more than $1-$2.00 extra). Thanks again for the quick ship!

Review: This book is amazing. I sometimes get rid of my books after my class, but not this one...it is a keeper! And the price was not bad at all for a text book that is at times sky rocketing.

Title: Great Value But Missing Some Key Things.

Review: The student edition is an excellent choice if you want to save money. You just have to buy a 3 ring binder to put it in. Also, keen in mind that if your instructor required a Pearson Code for the class, THIS VERSION DOES NOT COME WITH IT, but you can buy it from them for $50.
