Remember it was Jesus himself who talked about the God kind of faith, of believing and confessing God's word , actually God's inevitable law of faith works for salvation too.

Yes the same principle of faith,so many people want to quarrel about are used by every person who gets saved. You can't even get saved without faith and confession.

Romans 10:9,10.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (KJV) .

Romans 10:9, 10 contains the same principle as mark 11:23,24. You believe God's word in your heart,you confess it with your mouth,and you receive your salvation.

What do you believe and confess? That Jesus Christ is your lord. You confess that God raised Jesus from the dead and you receive Jesus as the Savior of your sins. When you believe and confess that Jesus Christ is your savior and lord ,you are saved or born again.
