Title: Don't buy the print edition!

Review: This is a good little book. A quick read with actionable steps that won’t overwhelm you. I think it would be great for those who are new to yoga and those that have more knowledge as a simple quick reminder. I’m a yoga teacher and I could see using some of the ideas with students who want a bigger taste of yoga in their lives.

I especially appreciate how the author breaks the “bites” into 5 categories: breath if you’re feeling agitated or anxious, asana if you’re feeling stiff and tense, chanting for when your mind is full of negative or swirling thoughts, ways to use your mind (jnana yoga) to change your negative beliefs, and meditation for inner clarity.

This isn’t a deep book and I read it in one day. I tried several days, on several different devices, before writing this review, but still I was never able to pull up her website. She references bonuses on her site often but I never could access them. There are also several pages of lined pages for writing reflections at the end of the chapters that take up a chunk of the book.

Do NOT buy the print book! Mine began falling apart the minute I took it out of the shipping envelope. It’s a complete mess now. I’ll probably just toss it, it’s not worth trying to keep the pages in order and I probably won’t reread it.

3 stars for not being able to get on the website and for the print book being a disaster.

Title: It's not just yoga- It's a life-long solution to daily stress & fatigue!!

Review: I loved this book and now I feel like I have a tool box for life to let go of daily stress and fatigue! The steps are so simple, it's easy to read and remember to do. The author is straightforward and adds a little humor that makes it so much more fun to read. It offers a solution for stress throughout the day- it's about taking little mini breaks that include something for the mind, body, and the spirit that are easy to do in just minutes, or even seconds. I love the idea of keeping my balance by using this and I intend to do it. This is not just yoga, it's a lifestyle, and it's brilliant. It's surprising I've never heard of doing something like this before.

Review: This is a quick, easy read. For a short book, the first 40 pages are a re-hash of the stressful circumstances that most of us deal with. However, once it get's into the "bite-size" yoga part, The book offers beneficial guidelines for those brand new to yoga & mindfulness or those of us who just need a reminder of the tools available.
I enjoyed the book and would recommend this easy read to anyone new to yoga and meditation or someone like myself that needs a reminder to get back into the practice.

Review: An excellent book with practical tips to destress my office life and to increase the life quality overall.
It helped me to finally find the right balance between work and relaxation, with all these usefule exercises.
The key is, its not just a Yoga book, its a guide to change habits and to improve physical health, emotional well-being and your energy in a natural way.
Sepcially I like the combination of breath, body, voice, mind and spirit. And the 100 breath exercise is super powerful and good to boost concentration. Great book

Title: Finally Some Realistic Yoga Advice!

Review: As soon as Nicole started sharing her story about corporate burnout, I knew this was the book for me. She gets it. What I love about her advice is how realistic it is for the majority of people. We are busy and stressed so the concept of daily 90 minute yoga classes isn't feasible. Her advice on how to use yoga to combat the stress of our daily lives is simple and easy to follow. Also, the book bonuses are fantastic! Loving my bite-size yoga meal plan so far!
