Title: This book is lifeline for those of us suffering from Long Covid.

Review: Long Covid has upended my life these past 19 months, and during that time Gez Medinger has been an invaluable source of information, solace and hope. Other than my wife, kids and PCP, nobody has done more to help me through this terrifying and exhausting chapter of my life. He's a fellow sufferer of Long Covid, and he uses that feeling of fear and frustration that all of us with Long Covid have to gather every shred of information we might use to help us stay sane and hopefully heal. This book is a wonderful distillation of the research he's done since Long Covid made its ugly self known. If you or someone you love is battling Long Covid, I wholeheartedly recommend this book. Be strong. Be well. Have faith.

P.S. Oh, and also, his Youtube videos are essential viewing if you are one of those who, like me, drew the short straw when it came to Covid.

Review: As a long hauler 1 year in, I was curious to treatment options folks are using. I must say as a nurse I gave researched quite extensively, I have tried many different things also. I must say that what is mentioned in this book I have done all of and still very severe. Do they help, yes. There are a few not mentioned that I have found therapeutic but spot on. It’s a nice validation to know that what we’re experiencing is real. What I liked the most is that it says everything that takes me forever to explain that folks don’t understand. Highlights the important topics.
