Title: Real Message with a Real Solution!

Review: Easy read with a meaningful message regarding Money, Retirement and Qualify of Life. Things we ignore until it is to late, and it doesn't have to be that way. I enjoyed the book, it touched a sore spot for me. I hand copies of this book out now to friends and family now.

Review: Sadly read cover to cover to discover I gained no more knowledge that I had already had. Every financial expert either says pay yourself first or pay your bills then pay yourself. Propaganda to sale something called MPI…of which he doesn’t even explain other than saying follow the nine pillars. Absolutely a waste of money to purchase book and not even worth taking to half priced books so another could read. Straight to trash. :)

Cover says, “Why financial planning is all backwards and how to fix it”

I’ll make it simple. He explains why 401k can be negative, but neglects to actually show how to fix it! Maybe that will be in his next book that I won’t buy.

Review: This book has literally changed my life. There are simple concepts that, if applied, can lead to incredible outcomes...and not just financially speaking. One of the most important ideas for me was "Make a decision today that my future self will thank me for". Of course it applies to putting away money for my future in a secure system that produces more spendable income, but it transcends the realm of financial planning and can apply in all aspects of my life. Making decisions each day about how I spend my time, how I support my health, my relationships with my kids and my spouse (and on, and on, and on!).
That's how you know you are hearing truth. It's a universal principle. Take the time to research what Curtis invites you to do and then DO something with that knowledge. Start making decisions your future self thanks you for! (And make sure you talk to the team at MPI Unlimited to set you up on the path to financial prosperity!)

Review: The concepts that Curtis Ray brings to light in "Everyone Ends Up Poor" are a traditional Financial Planners worst nightmare. The current crop of retirement products that have become household names have ran their course. Ray shows you step by step how a plan that was 'designed' to take care of your retirement upon turning 65 isn't really built to last in the way it has become perceived to do. There is a better way, a more powerful vehicle to build proper retirement income without the risk of the market's cyclical and reliable tendency to lose big. For those looking to truly understand how money works, this book is a fantastic place to start that understanding.

Title: Challenge the status quo

Review: I have been a follower of Dave Ramsey for over 10 years. Dave helped us get out of debt and build a plan. He helped us avoid risky investments, so we are often skeptical to go against Dave’s advice. We are seeing that we have not achieved the gains we had hoped for through our 401k’s and our eyes were opened even more understanding what our yearly retirement income would look like if we continue in the same path. Curtis helped me see other options are available and that the industry (from what I’ve experienced as well) often sells the products that benefit them, not that mostly benefit the customer. Thank you Curtis for sharing what you have learned and challenging the status quo of the industry. If you are skeptical, as I was, keep an open mind and be willing to accept new ideas. Lastly, don’t keep all of your eggs in one basket. I signed up for my MPI plan in July 2018 to go along with my already established 401k.

Title: Debunking The Traditional Personal Financial Retirement Trap

Review: Eye-Opening! It's tough to find out that everything you thought you knew about your secure financial retirement plan will not produce the income you believed would allow you to retire with the same lifestyle. My father is a retired certified financial planner. He has taught me the importance of putting money away in my Roth IRA and began my investment the day I turned 16 years old. Today I am 34 years old and have a sizable amount in my Roth thanks to the compounding interest over time. I have always blindly followed my father's advice because he ultimately wants what is best for me (and he does), but this book changes everything! Curtis outlines exactly why the current financial retirement system is failing us and causing everyone to end up poor. I do not want that to be me so you best believe I will be using the MPI system to ensure my future family and I are protected so we can become truly financially free.

Review: Loved the book. Has a lot of real world insight on how money works. A whole new way of thinking about saving for your retirement. Curtis has got me intrigued. I’ve ordered The Richest Man In Babylon (it’s a recommended read by the author of this book) and his 2nd book The Lost Art of Compound Interest.
