On May Saturday 11th, 2024, Valentine Ozigbo (Ezego na Amesi) had a great honor to have been invited to receive the Coalition for Protection of Democracy, National Convention and Democracy Icons Awards Certificate of Appreciation as “Honorary for his love for our nation Nigeria” the Ceremony that was organized by the COPDEM at Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Center Abuja.

The Labour Party frontline aspirant in the 2025 Anambra State Governorship election, has advocated for true citizenship in the Country, greatly appreciates the meaningful Democracy Icons Award, organized by the Coalition for Protection of Democracy.

Accolades are trooping in for Valentine Ozigbo who recently got conferred with an honorary Doctorate Degree from the Tansian University. The Nigerian 24 karat Gold politician of our time, has been awarded by the COPDEM with a certificate of Appreciation, to recognize his efforts, sacrifices, and resilience of his love for our Nation Nigeria.

Those who also received the Awards include prominent Nigerians like Peter Obi, Aisha Yesufu, Bishop Matthew Kukah, and the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, who were recognized for their contributions to democracy and national development.

Also, COPDEM gave scholarships to three students Benedict Princess Nneka, Irinola Oluwaleke Michael, and Ekanem Precious Emmanuel, as part of the organization’s efforts to support education and empowerment.
