
WHAT IS RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY? —Recreation is a leisure activity, and leisure is time spent on one's own volition. Human biology and psychology are fundamentally based on the "need to do something for recreation". Recreational activities are deemed "fun" since they are frequently undertaken for amusement, pleasure, or entertainment.

MEDITATION —Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and more.

ROCK CLIMBING —Rock climbing is the sport or activity of climbing rock faces, especially with the aid of ropes and special equipment.
