My favorite quote is " How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you", it is from the book of Milk and Honey written by Rupi Kaur. The book contains a collection of poetry and prose about the experience of violence, love, abuse, loss, and femininity. This quote always reminds me of how I should love and give value to myself more than anything else. This quote helps me to create an environment where I can freely express the love I want for myself and the love I want to feel from other.
