“Until there is equal justice in the judiciary, the judiciary will not be transparent.”

Equal justice means that justice is given equal priority to men and women.

A man's sympathy for a woman is natural.

Whether the woman concerned is good or bad, she somehow gets the sympathy of the man.

Even bad men have compassion for women.

It does not require laws, courts or constitutions because it happens naturally.

But if a woman lied to a man out of sympathy for women. Filed a case in the court. And it was accepted in the court.

Again, if a man went to the court with evidence against a woman, but it was not taken into judgment. There is still no transparency in the judicial department.

It is a court matter.

This matter has now reached such a level that it is presently openly said in village_mini city that, men's true complaints against women are not accepted in the court. But women's false complaints are also accepted in the court.

This issue is now widely misused as a threat.

Those who say this, have only one argument, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh is a woman, the Speaker is a woman, the Minister of Education is a woman, the Minister of Home Affairs was also a woman and there are many women in big government positions. So it happens.

Why would that be?

Women can rise to the highest positions by merit or by inheritance. There is no objection.

But talking about them, i.e. women in high positions, there will be discrimination in the society and the judiciary_it can never be the transparency of the judiciary.

In other countries of the world, there is no female prime minister, female speaker and more high-ranking women? Is it like this like Bangladesh?

Not to my knowledge.

But this often happens in Bangladesh. And the blame is placed on the female prime minister, female speaker and high_ranking women.

If women do not prevent and remedy such crimes against women_then who will?

Basically, the main point of women's high position is to protect the country_society_innocent women, children, and men from the harm and abuse of criminal women.

Besides, no matter how many lecture_campaigns are done about the transparency of the judiciary, it is nothing but fault action.

বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতা।

“যতদিন বিচার বিভাগে সমান বিচারের ব্যবস্থা হবে না_ততোদিন বিচার বিভাগ স্বচ্ছ হবে না।”

সমান বিচার মানে,যে বিচারে নারী ও পুরুষের বিচারকে সমানভাবে অগ্ৰাধিকার দেয়া হয়।

নারীর প্রতি পুরুষের সহানুভূতি প্রাকৃতিকভাবেই থাকে।

সংশ্লিষ্ট নারী ভালো হোক অথবা মন্দ_তিনি কোন না কোনভাবে পুরুষের সহানুভূতি পান।

এমনকি খারাপ পুরুষের মধ্যেও থাকে নারীর প্রতি সহানুভূতি।

এরজন্য আইন_আদালত অথবা সংবিধান লাগে না।কেননা, প্রাকৃতিকভাবেই এটা হয়।

কিন্তু নারীর প্রতি সহানুভূতিশীলতার সুযোগে কোন নারী যদি পুরুষের উপর মিথ্যাচার করলো। আদালতে মামলা দায়ের করলো।এবং আদালতে সেটা গৃহীতও হলো_এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে কখনই বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতা থাকেনা।

আবার কোন নারীর বিরুদ্ধে যদি কোন পুরুষ প্রমাণসহ আদালতে মামলা করতে গেলো_অথচ সেটা আমলে নেয়া হলো না।তখনও বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতা থাকে না।

এটা তো গেলো আদালতের ব্যাপার।

এই বিষয়টা এখন এরকম পর্যায়ে গিয়েছে যে,গ্ৰামে_গঞ্জে এখন প্রকাশ্যেই বলা হয়, নারীর বিরুদ্ধে পুরুষের সত্য অভিযোগও গৃহীত হয় না।অথচ নারীর মিথ্যা অভিযোগও গৃহীত হয়।

এ বিষয়টা এখন হুমকি হিসেবে যত্রতত্র অপপ্রয়োগ হচ্ছে।

যারা এরকম বলছে,তাদের একটাই যুক্তি, বাংলাদেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী নারী, স্পিকার নারী,শিক্ষামন্ত্রী নারী,স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীও হয়েছিলেন নারী আর বড় বড় সরকারি পদে আছেন অনেক নারী।তাই এরকম হয়।

কেন এরকম হবে?

নারী নিজের যোগ্যতা অথবা উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে যত বড় পদে যেতে পারেন_যান। এতে কোন আপত্তি নাই।

কিন্তু তিনিদের অর্থাৎ,উচ্চ পদস্থ নারীদের কথা বলে,সমাজ ও বিচার বিভাগে বৈষম্য হবে_সেটা কখনই বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতা হতে পারে না।

বিশ্বের অন্য দেশে নারী প্রধানমন্ত্রী_ নারী স্পিকার এবং আরো উচ্চ পদস্থ নারী কি নাই?সেদেশে কি বাংলাদেশের মতো এরকম হয়?

আমার জানামতে হয় না।

কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে এরকম অহরহই হয়।আর এর দায় চাপিয়ে দেয়া হয়,নরী প্রধানমন্ত্রী _নারী স্পিকার আর উচ্চ পদস্থ নারীদের প্রতি।

যদি নারীরাই নারীদের এরকম অপরাধের প্রতিরোধ ও প্রতিকার না করেন_তাহলে করবে কে?

মূলত নারীদের উচ্চ পদস্হতার মূল বিষয়ই হচ্ছে_অপরাধী নারীদের ক্ষতি ও অপতৎপরতা থেকে দেশ_সমাজ_নিরপরাধ নারী,শিশু ও পুরুষদেরকে রক্ষা করা।

এছাড়া বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতা সম্পর্কে যতই লেকচার_ক্যাম্পেইন করা হোক না কেন,সেটা নিষ্ফল কর্ম ছাড়া কিছুই না।

তাই বিচার বিভাগের স্বচ্ছতার জন্য অবশ্যই নারী_পুরুষের সমান বিচারের ব্যবস্থা সফল করতে হবে। ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
