So, this is where you will learn about walks. If you did not know walking can tell a lot about a person, and it do has an impact on you health. I love walking and swinging my body left and right, we all have our own way of walking but some need to improve their walk.

The Way You Walk.

The way of walking.

Most people walk and slug their shoulders, it’s bad for the body in many ways and it doesn’t look good.


- Look forward, straighten your back, and relax your shoulders.


- Walk as if there is a straight line coming from the soul of your feet to the pit of your head.


-Walk as if there is a straight line from the back of your feet to the tip of your toes, and the line is extended in front of you.


-Look forward when you walk do not look down to the floor do not slouch your shoulders. Look in front of you and observe the floor and your surroundings.


- Start walking with your left foot and not your right foot.


-Move your hands back and forth. Your right hand moves forward with your left foot, while your left hand and right foot are behind.


-Find you’re pace when walking.
