
The way of walking.
Most people walk and slug their shoulders, it’s bad for the body in many ways and it doesn’t look good.
- Look forward, straighten your back, and relax your shoulders.
- Walk as if there is a straight line coming from the soul of your feet to the pit of your head.
-Walk as if there is a straight line from the back of your feet to the tip of your toes, and the line is extended in front of you.
-Look forward when you walk do not look down to the floor do not slouch your shoulders. Look in front of you and observe the floor and your surroundings.
- Start walking with your left foot and not your right foot.
-Move your hands back and forth. Your right hand moves forward with your left foot, while your left hand and right foot are behind.
-Find you’re pace when walking.
