I have never experienced a bad romantic breakup. All my breakups were calm and mutual. Some of us are even friends to this day.

However, recently I encountered a difficult situation where a close friend of mine suddenly stopped talking to me altogether without any explanation. I was very sad and could not understand what had happened and why she did this.

I tried to contact her several times, but she did not return my calls and messages. I felt disappointed and resentful because we have been friends for many years and have been through a lot together.

However, over time, I realized that this is not the end of the world and that I can continue to live, make new friends and hang out with old ones.

I realized that each person is unique and has their own reasons for their actions. Perhaps my friend had personal problems or she just changed her interests and values.

I haven't stopped thinking of her as a friend, but I understand that people change, therefore relationships can change. I still have friends who support me and share my interests, and I'm glad that I didn't dwell on the past and keep moving forward.

It is important to remember that life is full of opportunities and new acquaintances, and that we must be open to them. Never forget that each person is unique and has their own values ​​and interests.

In my opinion, very important lessons that I learned from this situation that will apply to any kind of breakup are:

Allow yourself to experience all emotions.

Don't try to hide your emotions. Allow yourself to cry, get angry, feel pain. This will help you release your emotional tension and start moving towards healing.

Don't blame yourself

Don't blame yourself for what happened. The breakup is not your fault. Don't think about what you could or couldn't have done differently. Just try to accept the situation and move on.

Don't forget the positive moments

Do not forget about the positive moments that you experienced with this person. This will help you keep good memories of past relationships.
