Ugandan city of KAMPALA In the first instance since a harsh anti-gay law was passed in May, Ugandan officials have charged a man with aggravated homosexuality, a crime that could result in the death penalty. Ugandan politicians are under pressure from outside to change the law despite the fact that it has strong support in Uganda.
