I am pleased to extend warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar on behalf of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) as the Chairman for Cross River State. It is with great admiration and respect that we acknowledge Hon. Ironbar's unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership in fostering unity across party lines in Cross River State.

Hon. Ironbar's remarkable efforts in bridging the gap between different political parties and facilitating the acceptance of positive contributions towards the development of Cross River State have exemplified him as a role model in our dear state. His dedication to serving the people, coupled with his humility and ability to understand and connect with the citizens, reflects his genuine passion for progress and inclusivity.

Through our observations and interactions, we commend His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, for discerningly selecting an individual like Hon.
