I am honoured to convey a message of goodwill on behalf of my family, the Cross River State House of Assembly, and the good people of Ikom to a distinguished political figure, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar. Today marks the beginning of a new year for him, and we all join hands to wish him a happy and prosperous birthday celebration.

Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar is an exceptional personality who has made visible impacts through his diligence, brilliance, and resilience. He has earned a reputation as a quintessential Chief of Staff, and his contributions to the growth and development of the State are commendable. As a true and loyal servant to his master, he has used his experience, skills, and positions in different capacities to serve the people of Cross River State.

As we celebrate this special day with Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, we wish him the very best that life can offer. We pray that he receives more years of joy, good health, and abundant blessings for his continued service to our People First Governor and humanity as a whole.
