MY FIRST KISS

On a mountain peak so high

The snow was soft, the view was grand

But nothing compared to holding his hand

The first time I kissed,

My heart was surely blissed,

My cheeks were cherry red,

As I looked at my crush ahead.

We walked under moonlight,

Everything just felt so right,

My first kiss was sweet,

As sugary as a treat.

His lips were soft as feather,

My heart flapped like a bird's winged weather,

I melted into a swoon,

Thinking this moment would end too soon.

The world around us vanished,

Time and space just abolished,

My first kiss was a magic,

You just can't imagine

More delicious than a classic.

It was just the start,

Of an adventure in my heart,

But nothing can compare to my first chime.

We snuggled close in the chilly air

Our hearts beating like a drumming snare

His lips were warm as they met mine

A feeling so rare, so divine

The mountain winds howled and growled

As our love on the peak was bestowed and fueled

With my eyes closed and my heart racing

I felt a love that was everlasting

Our first kiss on that towering peak

Will forever be a memory I'll keep

The thrill of adventure and love's sweet desire

We shared a moment to which nothing could rhyme higher
