WOMEN WANT REMOTE WORKING ROLES, EVEN IF IT MEANS TURNING DOWN A DREAM JOB; SURVEY
According to a recent survey, women are more dedicated to remote work than their male counterparts.According to it, even if it means passing up a fantastic job, women are more likely than men to decline a job if it requires going to the office every day.
According to Forbes India, the poll was conducted among 2,000 persons by Censuswide for UK office rental company Space32. And it was discovered that just 59% of the women surveyed, as opposed to 67% of the males, stated they would be willing to work five days a week, even for their ideal job.
Additionally, while 50% of the women polled claimed they would be willing to increase the amount of days they spend with their partners,
