Scarcity of health care professionals in Uganda affects health service delivary

Uganda is experiencing a shortage of healthcare professionals and many of its hospitals are understaffed.
The health minister says there is as little as two doctors to every 10,000 people a development that has worried many.
It is reported that a lot of nurses have left Uganda for jobs overseas creating the shortage.
