The Late Ex-officio 4 at the APC State level, also known as "The King of Boys," was remembered for his unwavering commitment to the people and his significant impact on those around him. Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, the Chief of Staff to the Government of Cross River State, shared touching anecdotes of Chief Umanah's influence on his life and the entire APC family. He described him as a man of the people, whose legacy will forever be cherished.

Hon. Ironbar conveyed a heartfelt message of condolence from His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, the Governor of Cross River State, to Chief Umanah's grieving family.
