I think as we get older, we tend toward complacency.

We tend to lose the “fire in our belly” and let life happen to us.

After all, we have jobs, a mortgage, car payments, a family…

Life is busy, close to “full,” and honestly, many of us don’t have the energy we once did.

And maybe we check off a few goals…

Sadly, more and more, many men crave “comfort” and “convenience” over “adventure” and “challenge.”

And no, finding the right button out of the 250 on the remote control does not count as a “challenge.” ;-]

Now, maybe that’s you, maybe it’s not.

Maybe you’re working out, firing close on all cylinders, but you know “something’s missing”...

You can do “more”...

Either way, why not challenge yourself to obtain a high level goal?

(I’ve found the discipline carries over to every other area of life, if not just “tightening” up areas that might be somewhat slack.)

Why not challenge yourself to the SFG/RKC Snatch Test?

What’s that?

It’s 100 snatches in 5 minutes, using a 24kg KB.

(It’s the kinder, gentler version of the United States Secret Service Snatch Test, which used to be as many snatches as possible in 10 minutes with a 24kg - preferably 200+. It later became 200 snatches in 10 minutes. Also a more-than-worthy challenge.)

Yes, it's hard.

Yes, it may look daunting from where you sit.

And yes, it may take some time. (As many worthy challenges do.)

However, once you accept this challenge, you will engage in a process that, if correct, will help you achieve many, if not most, of your immediate and long-term goals.

As a result, once accomplished, you will be:

[+] Stronger than you are now

[+] Better conditioned than you are now

[+] Leaner than you are now (most likely - assuming you don’t eat like a pig)

There are many roads to achieve the 5 Minute Snatch Test…

Heavy Swings…

Heavy Clean + Presses…

Complexes…

But eventually you have to Snatch.

How you get there is up to you and based on your current strengths, and weaknesses. Figuring out your programming is part of the “fun.”

(Please don’t go nuts harnessing your “inner 18-year old” and hurt yourself.)

But at the end of the day, the point is, the whole thing is a CHALLENGE.

If you need a program to help you achieve this challenge, I just got an email from Carlos reporting that after using “The King Sized Killer” 1.0 and 2.0 programs, he and his girlfriend now,

“... snatch test for breakfast whenever we want!”

If you want to accept the SFG 5-Minute Snatch Test Challenge, and want to use “The King Sized Killer” programs, I’ll leave a link in the description below.

Alternatively, if you’re up for a shorter, 29-day challenge, and have some stubborn fat you want to get rid of, you could do Kettlebell Burn EXTREME! like Carlos’ girlfriend. I’ll leave a link in the description below.

And interestingly, it is a great prep for the 5 Minute Snatch Test.

👉 Get Kettlebell Burn EXTREME! - https://salutis.kartra.com/page/D9h108

Whatever you decide to use, if you accept this challenge, know this:

It’ll be TOUGH.

And that’s a good thing. :-]

Stay Strong,

Geoff
