CUPP, the Coalition of United Political Parties, criticized the Federal Government on Wednesday for what it called "crazy and unending fuel price hikes driving inflation to the rooftops and making life increasingly unbearable for Nigerians."

In a statement released by its National Co-Spokesman, Mr. Mark Adebayo, CUPP expressed disapproval of the unexpected price increase, which came just one month after the fuel price soared by more than 300% on May 29th of this year.

"The sudden and covert increase in petrol pump prices by NNPCL has been brought to the CUPP's attention," Adebayo stated.
