Onuora Chukwuma Godspower Samson, also known as Dcity (formerly called Quinzy Churks), is a talented musician hailing from Nenwe, Enugu, Nigeria. His love for music was ignited by watching influential artists such as 2face, Plantation Boys (including Face), P-Square, D'banj, Wande Coal, Don Jazzy, Tony Tetuila, R2Bees, and many others. Among them, 2face stood out as his favorite singer.

At a young age, from 9 to 11 years old, Dcity began writing his own songs while attending secondary school, where he also became an active member of the choir. After completing his secondary education, he secured a recording contract with Swift Records Entertainment, a reputable label owned by Uche Ozokwor (the son of renowned Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor) and Mr. Osita Ngwu (the current Senator of Enugu West Senatorial Zone).

While pursuing his passion for music, Dcity pursued studies in Fashion Design and Clothing Technologies at the Institute of Management and Technology Polytechnic in Enugu. Balancing his educational commitments with his career in music was no easy feat, but his determination and dedication prevailed.

During his time with Swift Records Entertainment, Dcity had the privilege of collaborating with acclaimed artists such as Masterkraft and Patoranking, among others. He released several noteworthy tracks, including "One Time," "Up and Down," "Bad Belle," "Oyoyo," "Oh So," and "Follow My Lead" featuring Patoranking and Materkraft. These songs showcased his versatility and unique style, blending elements of Afrobeats, Afro fusion, and other genres.

Over time, Dcity honed his music production skills, enabling him to develop his own music and establish himself as a sought-after producer. He gained valuable experience working at the renowned 2C Music Studio located in Enugu, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with talented artists such as Jeriq, Meykar, Spektro, Latino Perrico, Queen Esty, and many others.

Dcity's music predominantly revolves around Afrobeats and Afro fusion, a captivating fusion of Afrobeats with other genres. His songs are available on various digital platforms and music stores, allowing listeners worldwide to enjoy his infectious melodies and compelling lyrics.
