Almost 2 years ago in Kigali Rwanda, Our Chairperson Her Excellency Eminent Amb. Mrs Alanyingi Sylva said to me Bright one day soon we will be on the floor of the United Nations in New York as Focus Africa because of the impact our project is making across the continent, I didn't know then if it was propehcy or she got an invitation.

So I believed her, and started telling my friends that we will be at the United Nations program in NewYork some of them said me, you are too ambitious, but to the glory of God yesterday 15th March 2024, Focus Africa Series was on ground at the floor of the United Nations in New York USA and our Chairperson Her Excellency Mrs Alanyingi Uduak Sylva was honoured with the Global Ambassador for Gender Priority Strategy, movement for the Decade of Action

This honour is in recorgnition of her numerous projects targeted at helping women across the world and for championing the Focus Africa Leading and Emerging Women Forum in Africa. Thank God this dream has come true. We are so excited! But we are not stopping until our voice becomes permanent on the global stage.

Here's a big congratulations to Her Excellency and to many of us who are working day and night to put Africa on the map! Focus Africa.... Turning the spotlight on Africa
