Introduction

The havocs that poverty has done to the generation of man in history is unprintable. It is evident that many who are supposed to be alive today are in the grave yard imprisoned there till the end of the age due to terrible unleashing hands of poverty. Many are still wallowing in the miry clay of poverty because they find it difficult to escape from its tormenting paws.

It is high time that Christians especially deliver themselves from the age long cage of poverty and make utmost appropriation of the grace of Jesus Christ in their lives and destiny. No Satan can reverse what God has done for the Christians when He sent Him to this world to exchange our poverty for His riches. It is high time we know the supernatural level of grace that saves from Satan, sin and shame of poverty.

Poverty does not glorify God. Poverty does not glorify our salvation. Poverty does not honour our living on earth as Christians. Poverty does not glorify our salvation. Poverty does not give glory to the word of God. Poverty does not beautify our living on earth. Poverty is not part of the original plan of God in the Garden of Eden for man.

Nature does not support poverty but blessings.  And God blessed them, and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth...Genesis  1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth..The book of Job also says, “Look at the heavens, and see, and behold the clouds, it is higher than you-Job  35:5 Look unto the heavens, and see; and behold the clouds which are higher than thou. Therefore,God destined the nature and His creatures to be blessed. We were not created to be poor and wallowing in poverty.

This truth must be thoroughly searched in the Scriptures and considered to be truth indeed. Unfortunately, many Christians fear blessings and wealth in their life. They think that being rich is the gateway to hell. Far be it! It is anti-Bible to believe that if you are rich you are ungodly and an enemy of God.

God is opening your eyes of understanding today to see your portions in the Lord. Blessings are part of your portions. It is high time you remove the garment of poverty from your generation today, as you trust God for your blessings.

Poverty is not purity!

CHAPTER ONE

POVERTY IS NOT ORIGINAL PLAN OF GOD

If you are a Bible believing Christian, you will agree with me that poverty was not part of the original plans of God for humankind. So also, poverty is not part of the original plan of God for your destiny. You must accept this eternal truth and firmly hold in your in inner spirit. The total and final evaluation and assessment of God overall that He had created is that Then God saw everything  He had made, and indeed it was very good.... Gen.1:31. The type of destiny God gives you is so rich and blessed for you to be a poor person.

God is neither an angel nor a man that His handwork will be imperfect. He is the Creator of all good things. No one forced God to create the universe rather He created all things in His infinite mercy and love. He gave all things to humankind in His love without asking for any reward.

Infact, no man can reward Him for His love and mercy. The love of God includes blessings and prosperity for His children.

The love of God does not include poverty. God of love is not interested in the hardship and poverty of His children. Poverty is not the original plan of God for humankind. God knew that poverty and hardship would not allow man to fulfill his destiny on earth. The creation of the world was purposeful and prosperous in the plan of God for people He has created in His image and likeness.

The image and likeness of God in man do not bring about poverty. When God created man in His image and likeness, He wonderfully and fearfully created him. He gave man those special attributes, traits and qualities that made him different from all other animals. Man became the superior being over all the animals. Poverty was not included the image and likeness of God that He gave to man. Rather, He demonstrated that He is God of all blessings and prosperity when He blessed man after creating him.

And God blessed them....says the scripture in Genesis1:28.In blessing, He blessed man and his generation. This blessing was part of His image in man because He is God of all blessings. No one is as rich as God the Creator and no can bless the race of man as the Creator of man. He has manifold blessings and wealth in His store that now are houses on earth could contain. This was the reason He could blessed man and pronounced blessings on man. The blessings of God over humankind did not include penury. The pronouncement did not include shame and poverty.

Poverty is strange to the will of God for humankind. The will of God for you as His child is blessings and prosperity. If God has asked you to come to Him and He would give you poverty, you would not come to Him. However, G od is the Remover of shame and poverty in the life of His people. If you really believe the Bible, you will agree that poverty is a stranger in the Garden of God for humanity. It was caused by sin. God did not create poverty for you. The perfect will of God is that you manifest His blessings.

Poverty cannot erase the word and will of God for you. This truth should be highly appreciated.

Poverty cannot erase what has been written in the perfect word of God Forever, oh Lord, Your word is settled in heaven. Psalm 119:89.It is the word of God that is settled in heaven forever and cannot change. Poverty is not settled forever in heaven as the word of God. The will of God is that you should be blessed.

Poverty is an intrusion and an intruder into the plan and purpose of God for humankind. If it is true, you send it away from your territory. The foreigners submit to me. The foreigners fade away, and come frightened from their hideouts-Psa. 18:44-45. You do not entertain any stranger that is not invited to your house. In this case, financial strangers such as bankruptcy, debt, poverty and penury are not welcome and invited to your destiny. The power is given to you to send them packing from your life if you are willing.

The life in the Garden of Eden was a life free of poverty. God did not place Adam and Eve in the Garden of poverty. God put them in the Garden of Eden. The word “Eden” means “Pleasant” and “Delight”. It did not include poverty. Eating in the Garden of Eden excluded poverty. The life that God gave to Adam in the Garden was a life that was free from poverty. God did not create him into poverty. Back to the source, part of the original plan of God for you.

Are you aware that the same Garden is also called "the Garden of God "or " the Garden of the Lord" in the Bible?

Read Genesis 2:15; 3:23-24; Isa. 51:3; Ezek. 36:35; 28:13; 31:9 and Joel 2:3 for confirmation. Imagine the rich man around who want to build an empire. What do you think will be the structure and the beauty thereof? Or a president of a nation, who desires to build a very good edifice, how delightful do you think such a building will be? How much more will the Garden of Eden of the Creator of the heavens and the earth be in beauty and riches.

Life in the Garden of Eden could be life in poverty and penury rather, it would be life in riches and blessings. Adam and Eve had enough to eat forever and their posterity if they had obeyed the voice of God and passed the ethical test before them. Poverty was not the original plan of God for man.

The family in the Garden was not a poor family. You must imbibe this vital truth. It is equally a vital force to know so that your family can come out of poverty. The first family was not in poverty but in the abundance of God. Adam and Eve had all things in the Garden of Eden for their blessings. Eve did not complain of hunger, debt, servicing any loan or insufficiency because the family was in blessings of God. She replied the serpent thus: “we eat from all the fruit of the trees in the Garden....” She was not hiding from the serpent because of debt.

It is the will of God that you liberate your family from poverty and bounce into blessings of God. God has destined that your family should be in poverty before you can make heaven. It is the trickery of the devil to hold the belief that poverty is Holy leaving and that you have to be poor before you can make heaven.

The food in the Garden of Eden was not eaten in darkness or poverty. The food stuffs in the Garden of Eden were rich, abundant, delicious and nutritious. They were balanced diets for the race of humanity. Till date, the best food stuffs are plants and vegetables. Why should you eat in darkness and feed in abject poverty when it is contrary to the will of God for you?

If we must trace the source of the blessings of God for humanity, it must be traced back to the original plan and purpose of God in creation. Poverty came from the thief, Satan who came and stole our blessings through lies. It is high time we claim back what he has stolen from us as Jesus Christ has redeemed us from his paws-2 Cor.8:9.

The clothing in the Garden of Eden was not garment of shame and poverty. It was beautiful garment of glory and honour. God covered and clothed Adam and Eve with the garment of His Shekinah glory. They were not moving about in the garments of shame and poverty in the Garden of Eden. Satan disgraced them by his schemes and lies. Satan disrobed them and put them into nakedness instead of real opened eyes he told them they would experience. Immediately he said that, he hid and disappeared from them. When they found themselves in nakedness, they could not call him and say we are naked, is that your opened eyes for us? It was the judgement of God that brought him to book. The Calvary of Christ crucified him and we are set free indeed.  Halleluyah!  Now, the light has come, Christ in us is the hope of glory. Col.1:27.You can walk in glory and divine honours  of God. The divine design of blessings and riches of God for you is without Poverty.

The Garden of Eden of your life is not designed with an iota of poverty.

Poverty is pain and painful. Poverty is sorrow and Sorrowful. Poverty is lack. Poverty is punishment. Poverty is your enemy. Poverty is anti-destiny success. Poverty is against your comfort. Poverty is a one-man battalion army fighting your destiny. Poverty is too dangerous to accommodate in your life. Poverty is against the original word of God. Poverty is an instrument

in the hand of the Devil to punish you. You must hate poverty.

Our good God cannot create everything good and add poverty to it. Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed, it was very good- Gen. 1:31. Believe this great truth today and poverty will flee from your family. It will bid your life bye-bye till eternity. It is the truth that sets free from poverty and ushers in blessings of God.

You should hate poverty with passion. It is your enemy on the road to heights. Poverty is your great enemy on the road to comfort. Poverty is your one-man battalion army on the road to the top. You must fight it to standstill. You should stop poverty now before it stops you from getting to the top. Poverty amputates God given destiny in one's life. Therefore, you must not only amputate it from your life. It must be totally evacuated and completely eliminated. Poverty is not a promise of God for your life. God has not spoken to anyone in history and promised him poverty. Check through the Bible, when God called Abraham, He promised him prosperity.

Genesis chapter 12:2 says, I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great. And you shall be a blessing.

The creation story in Genesis excluded poverty. Poverty prevents prosperity in the palaces of destines. People's palaces must be filled and fill of the blessings of God. The palace of your life excludes poverty. You must not allow poverty in your palace. If you do, it will make it poor. In fact, poverty will only make you dream of your palace but will not allow you to gain entrance to it. When there is poverty in your palace, it becomes empty and merely decorated edifice. It will not serve the purpose God designed for it.

Poverty is not permitted in the original plan of God for you. Do not make poverty your cross in faith. Cross is not poverty. Poverty produces plights. Poverty produces pains. Poverty produces problems. Poverty produces debts. Poverty produces sweats. Poverty produces stress. Poverty produces unnecessary heartbeats. Poverty is prevention, It prevents from enjoying the blessings of God for your life. Poverty produces stagnation. Blessings of God commands progress. Blessings of God lead to more success in life. God commands over His children.

Confess this now: poverty is no longer my portion in the kingdom.

POVERTY IS NOT HOLY LEAVING

Poverty has never been the root of purity. God has never made poverty the spiritual energy of purity. Poverty does not encourage one to live in purity. Poverty is not a seed of purity. It can never grow Holy leaving in anyone. God does not promise us poverty in order to be pure before Him. Poverty is not the power for purity. Poverty and Holy leaving are to extremes to each other. Poverty is not a key to purity. Poverty cannot open any door for Holy leaving and dignity.

Do not make a biblical and destiny mistake that poverty is purity. Many are poor and impure. In fact, they are wicked than ordinary man because of the level of poverty in their life. Holy leaving stands in God and apart from poverty. Poverty is not cognate of purity. Poverty and Holy leaving are not compatible. Poverty and Holy leaving are not identical twins in the plans of God for His people. Many Christians have suffered a lot by equating poverty with purity. This is due to biblical ignorance. You should know your right henceforth.

Let me share the following truths with you as you enjoy reading this mysterious and fact unfolding piece.

God is Pure but not Poor

The scripture says God is holy. For you shall be holy, for I am holy - Lev. 11:44-45.

He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth by His power. He is equally the Possessor of all things in heaven and earth- Gen. 14:22. He is rich in all things and gives blessings to His people. God is pure but not poor. He is rich in blessings and glory. The Bible says,...what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints....Eph. 1:18.

God of the universe is rich in all things that man cannot exhaust His blessings. Imagine the blessings in creation and look at the blessings around you in your town or city. Even a small village around you and try to find out the natural blessings thereof, no man on earth can exhaust them. The Person who created them could not be poor but rich. He cannot be poor but rich in all areas and in all things.

He gives all things to all human beings. He feeds the creeping animals, flying birds, aquatic mammals, forest animals and even the microscopic organisms. What about human beings? He takes care of all humans on earth. He gives foods to humankind and clothes them. Look at the number of hairs on human heads, count the number of marks on human palms; and count the number of tongues in human mouths and legs, hands, eyes, ears, fingers and toes. He gives to us all. He is rich in all things and blessings. God is not poor but rich. Connect with Him today for your blessings.

Christianity is not Poverty

Many people have erroneously equated Christianity with poverty. Because of this wrong belief, they do not give their life to Jesus Christ because they think giving their life to Jesus Christ will make them poor. You can give your life to Jesus Christ and still be rich. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob gave their life to Jehovah Jireh and they were blessed. Joseph Arimathean, Nichodemus, Mary Magdalene, Gaius, the elect Lady and many men and women in history became rich and they were Christians.

Christianity is not a religion of poverty but of blessings. God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is God of blessings. It will surprise you to read that Christianity is not poverty. Christianity is not a  synonym or cognate of poverty.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ-Eph. 1:3.

Many believers as well unbelievers have identified poverty with Christianity. Many believers who supposed to know to the truth have adulterated the truth, identifying their faith with poverty. They think poverty is purity. The rich and poor unbelievers also are afraid of becoming Christians; thinking that if they become Christians, they will be poor. Christianity is not poverty.

Abraham was rich. Isaac was rich. Jacob was rich. Joseph was rich. David was rich. Solomon was superlatively rich. Hezekiah was rich. Mary Magdalene was rich. Joana was rich. Susana was rich. Mary mother of John Mark was rich enough to have built an up stair.

Joseph Arimathea was rich to have prepared his burial grave ahead of his transition to the kingdom of God. John the Apostle mentioned one rich lady. Gaius was rich. There are many ministers of the gospel and Christians who are rich with righteousness and holiness.  Brethren, Christianity is not poverty.

Bible is not a Text Book on Poverty

The word of God, the Bible is the divine Book of blessings. The Author of the Bible who is God is not poor. The Word of God is full covenant, promises and oaths on blessings for His people. The Bible is not a textbook of poverty as many have thought it to be so. The Bible opens with blessed pronouncements.

And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the sea... Gen. 1:22. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth... Gen. 1:28.

The Bible is the only and the greatest antidotes to poverty. Many have traded away their poverty by the power of the Holy Scripture- the Bible. If you are a Christian and you have the Bible in your house, you are holding the immeasurable treasures of God in your hands. The Bible gives you access to the blessings of God the Creator of the universe. If you understand your Bible very well, you should be poor. Bible puts an end to poverty in the life of those who apply its power and authority to their situations.

Holiness is not Poverty

Jesus answered and said to then, you are mistaken, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God"-Mt.22:29. Many people are in the world today who have not given their life to Jesus Christ. The reason for this is that, they do not know the scriptures and the power thereof. They think that if they become Christians, they will become poor. They equate holiness with poverty. Holiness is not poverty. Those who are already Christians on the other hand see poverty as a hallmark of holiness. They refuse to change and improve their situations. No, not at all! Holiness is not a companion to poverty.

Holiness stands on its own. Poverty is not its companion. Poverty is a fruit of sin. Holiness is a fruit of salvation and of the Spirit. Holiness is godly character that God wants us to live as a mark of our salvation. Holiness is a proof of our new life in Jesus Christ. Poverty is an effect of sin that man committed against God in the Garden of Eden. Poverty is a scourge in the hands of Satan to punish human race. It is the strategy of the Devil to show to man  that God hates him. If not, why is he suffering in poverty? Satan wants to create an enmity between God and man. The philosophers and the rationalists have been using this argument against the existence of God. Poverty is a shame. There is no glory and honour in poverty. Holiness is not poverty.

Poverty is not Holiness

Poverty is a rod in the hand of Satan to punish humankind. Poverty is an instrument from the kingdom of Satan to afflict man so that he will not give his life to Jesus Christ. It is an instrument from Satan used to blindfold man and prevent him from seeing the light of the gospel. Satan uses poverty to divert the attention of man from following his God but rather committing various crimes. Instead of working for God, because of poverty man is seriously working for Satan in armed robbery, corruption, embezzlements, extortions, stealing, pilfering, prostitution and moneymaking rituals.

Poverty has never produced any kind of holiness. Poverty is a position or condition in life. Poverty pulls someone away from God. Holiness is a joyous life in Christ Jesus. You can be holy and rich. You can be rich and holy. Poverty is not holiness.

Poverty does not make you please God. And it will never make you please God. Holy living can makes you please God. The fact that you are poor does not mean that you are pure. Also, the fact that you are pure does not mean that you can be poor. Holiness is a kingdom lifestyle demanded by God. You are saved to be pure and not to be poor-Rm. 8:29.

Heaven is not Poor

If you have read your Bible very well, you will discover that heaven is not poor. Heaven is a good home of rest for the saints. God cannot build any empire for his people and it will be poor. Not at all! God of heavens is good and rich. You remember heaven is the eternal dwelling place of God of the universe. The dwelling place of God, which is heaven, is not a poor place. If you believe in heaven, you should also believe that it is beautiful place for the saints, In fact, heaven is decorated with precious and rich stones.

And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. her light was like a most precious stone, like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal"- Rev.21:10-11.

Further reading of Revelation 21:18-21 shows that heaven, as a city of God is full of pure gold not poor gold.

Heaven is Richer than You

This eternal truth is undeniable. If human irrigation system can bring water to wet the ground, it cannot do it the way the rainfall will saturate the ground for. The electrical power supply that man invented cannot replace thee solar power of the sun that shines on vegetation. The Bible says, No man can receive anything unless it has been given to him from heaven-Jn. 3:27.

Heaven is Greater in Blessings than You Think

Hear this from the eternal word of God: Look to the heavens and see and behold the clouds- They are higher than you-Job 35:5

Heaven is higher, greater and richer than you. If heaven is not poor, you are not poor as a heavenly child of the heavenly God.

Poverty Does Not Lead to Heaven

Jesus Christ is the Way to heaven. He gave His life for us so that we can go to heaven. He died for us so that we can be forgiven and receive mercy of God and go to heaven. He is the One that leads to heaven. Many Christians rejoice in their poverty, thinking that poverty leads to heaven. Many believe that the poorer they are, the more they are welcome in heaven or will be given beautiful homes in heaven. Imagine! How can you be poor here on earth and equate your poverty with beautiful homes in heaven.

Poverty does not lead to heaven. If care is not taken, poverty can lead to hell fire besides the fact the person does not repent and give his life to Jesus Christ. It is faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and holiness that can lead you to heaven. Seek peace with all men and holiness, without which no one can see God, says the Bible-Heb. 12:14.

Lazarus is not heaven because of his poverty. He is in heaven today because in spite of his poor conditions, he remembered God, served Him and was holy. The rich man is not in heaven today not because he was rich but despite his comfort and the blessings God gave him, he lived in merry-making and he forgot God.

Nature is Richer Than You

Little wonder that God who is rich in blessings and glory says, Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth-Gen. 1:28. The natural resources inside the ground, seas and in the forest are more than what human beings can exhaust throughout their generations. Nature is richer than any Man. There are more and enough blessings of God in nature that you cannot see their end till the second coming of Jesus Christ.

The Streets in Heaven are Laid With Gold

The Bible says,

**And the streets of the city was pure gold, like transparent gold-Rev. 21:21.

If you reject the truth in this book and cleave to poverty. What will you do when you get to heaven and discover that your house over there is full of gold and silver? Or you find out that the blessings meant for you to be enjoyed here on earth are kept there latent because you believe that poverty is purity?

           CHAPTER THREE

WRONG THOUGHTS ON WEALTH

Christians have suffered for ages in the hands of Satan who keeps the truths on money, prosperity, wealth and success away from them. In fact, he has succeeded in making poverty and wretched conditions of Christians as yardsticks for making heaven at last. If anyone is poor among the Christians, Satan has made that condition as carrying the cross and true followership of Jesus Christ. No! Poverty is a burden. It is a yoke from the demons laid on people. It is because Satan does not want Christians to know his strategy of punishing them and putting them into trouble that is a reason he sold wrong thoughts on wealth to them. He will no longer rob you of your possession henceforth. When Satan sells wrong thoughts on wealth and prosperity to you, you must not buy them.

There is nothing wrong in wealth from God. You can be rich and pure. Satan has robbed the church of her wealth through wrong thoughts on wealth. Carefully consider these wrong thoughts on wealth that Satan sells to the Christians and avoid them.

(1) Wrong Interpretation of the Scriptures

Many Christians have wrongfully Interpreted many textual passages on wealth in the Bible down through the ages. Many Christians even think that wealth belong to the Devil. They believe God cannot give wealth to His people. Wealth is considered as dirty and carnal gains.

This is erroneous and Satan inflicting chains, He has been using this falsehood to chain many down in poverty. I see you breaking loose from his antics now!

(2) Spiritual Mistake

You do err, because you do not know the Scripture or the power of God- Mt. 22:29(NKJV). Jesus replied, You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God- Mt. 22:29 (NIV).

Jesus answered and said to them, “Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God- Mt. 22:29 (KJV).

As the ancient people were mistaken and ignorant of the power of God to transform human body at the resurrection, so also today many Christians fail to appreciate the Scriptures and apply its power to transform their financial conditions from abject poverty  to prosperity. Stop misinterpreting the Scripture henceforth.

(3) Erroneous Belief in Poverty

It is erroneous belief that poverty is Christianity or a mark of the Cross of Jesus Christ. Poverty is not part of  the original plan of God for humankind. It is possible to hold falsehood as truth because of religiousity. Poverty is not a dignity to humankind. Jesus replied, “You are in error...."- Mt. 22:29 (NIV). It is a great error to hold the belief that poverty is part of your destiny. If people could be wrong in the days of our Lord Jesus Christ in the flesh on earth, many can still be in erroneous belief on wealth and God's blessings for them. If you are in error, it is high time you get out of it.

(4) Biblical Ignorance Jesus replied, ... because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God- Mt. 22:29 (NIV).

Biblical ignorance is the problem of many Christians today and the reason they hold on to poverty. Ignorance of the true meaning of the word of God can lead someone to wrong destination. You need to study the word of God, the Bible to know and understand the will of God for you. It is so unfortunate that people teach about the Bible and not the Bible itself. Many quote what the Bible does not actually say or mean. If you do not understand the mysteries of the blessings of God, you can deprive yourself these blessings. Biblical ignorance and wrong interpretation can put one into poverty. Check the Bible and see what it says on poverty and blessings. You will discover that poverty is a disgrace to humankind. Blessings are the provisions of God for great and final Provider, the light has come, We are no His people. Thanks be to God, our Jehovah  Jireh, the longer in darkness. We are generation of the blessed ones.

Now we know that Christ has taken our position of poverty and given us prosperity.

(5) Limiting the Power of God

It is possible even tor the spiritual and committed Christians to limit God he strongly believes in and worship in this crucial area of life. Jesus Christ Himself attributes this to spiritual ignorance of the potency of the Scriptures  and the power of God. Limiting God is a Spiritual sin that many spiritual Christians commit today. Propelling and projecting poverty above prosperity is a spiritual ignorance and limiting the power of God in your life. Stop doing this today. Appreciate God of all blessings, wealth and prosperity in your life and you will see blessings flowing to your destiny.

(6) Not Knowing the Power of God

Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time, I will return to you, according to the time of life... Gen. 18:14.

Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. Jer. 32:17.

Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying Behold, I am  the LORD. the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me- Jer. 32:27.

For with God nothing will be impossible- Lk.1 :37

Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believe"- Mk. 9:23.

Jesus answered and said to them, You are mistaken, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God-Mat. 22:29.

If you truly serve the Omnipotent God who can do all things, He can equally change your financial conditions. Ignorance of the power of God and the gospel, the good news that Jesus Christ brought have been limiting God's power in our financial condition. God has the power to break the yokes of poverty in your life. Believe!

(7) “Prosperity and Holy leaving are not Compatible”

This is a slogan that the archenemy, Satan is using to rob us of our heritage and blessings. He subjected us to poverty to impoverish us. The unbelievers see into the wealth in nature and God's creation and quickly tap into it. They are using the same to wage war against the spread of the gospel, ministers of the gospel and the entire Christians. Enough of that henceforth! If you believe that prosperity and Holy leaving are not compatible, there are biblical examples to prove you Wrong. Abraham was rich and he was a friend of God. Isaac was rich and God blessed his work- Gen,26:12-14. Jacob was blessed. In actual fact, God delivered him from impoverishment in the hands of Laban and restored back to him all the strong flock of Laban.

Yet your father has deceived me and changed my wages ten times, but God did not allow him to hurt me... So God has taken away the livestock of your father and given them to me... for I have seen all that Laban is doing to you- Gen. 31:7,8, 1 2. King Uzziah was blessed by God -2 Chr. 26:5

Mary Magdalene was rich. And she was able to supply the financial blessings to the ministry of the Son of God. Jesus Christ did not reiect the money. Joana the wife of Chuza was rich. She gave money to Jesus Christ. Susanna was richly blessed and she gave to Jesus Christ. You will giving me read all these in Luke 8: -3. Jesus Christ did not say “You are sinners and impure, that is why you are money. In fact, they started giving to Jesus Christ from the beginning of His ministry till the time of the resurrection. Luke 23:55-56 say,

And the women who had come with Him from Galilee followed after, and they observed the tomb and how His body was laid. Then they returned and prepared spices and fragrant oils”...

In the lives of the patriarchs in the Old Testament and believers in Jesus Christ in the New Testament, prosperity and Holy leaving were joined together. Gaius was rich and gave to the church. He was pure and prosperous. He was rich, prosperous and pure. Great wonders that Apostle John prayerfully blessed him and desired for more prosperity for him- 3 Jn. 2-8.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers- 3 Jn. 2.

(8) The Rich will go to Hell

Preachers and people have often and wrongfully been quoted the Gospel of Luke 18:24-25 and used against what God says in His word. It is also often misused and misinterpreted. Little grammatical interpretation and proper understanding show that Jesus Christ did not say.

The rich will go to hell". As the race is hard for the small, it is hard for the great. "And those who heard it said, Who than can be saved?" Immediately, the words of Jesus were misinterpreted and applied through their question. Immediately, He corrected them by saying,  “But He said, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God"-Lk. 18:26-27.

The rich who are with God, who are on God's side will enter into heaven. The poor who are against God will go to hell at last with their poverty. Jesus Christ Condemns the Rich Many Christians and gospel missionaries and preachers have been guilty of this hellish conclusion. They used the Gospel to Luke chapter 18:24-25 and Mark 9:23 and Matthew 19:23-24 to support their poverty position. Far from the truth! Jesus Christ has never condemned the rich.

If you trust in your riches, this may be difficult for you.

And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, "Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the Kingdom of God! -Mk. 10:24.

What is hard is not impossible. We are saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and faith in Him.

And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, who then can be saved?-Mk. 10:26.

Jesus Christ quickly pointed it out that it is not money that saves but God. No man can save himself by the amount of his riches. Rather, salvation belongs to God.

But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible- Mk. 10:27.

(10) Riches are Ungodly, So the Rich are Ungodly

The stories of the rich young ruler and the rich man have been wrongfully interpreled and used by many Christians. They have used these stories in order to create a kind of self-punishing hatred to wealth and riches. A careful reading of the story of the young rich ruler shows that then Jesus, looking at him, loved him and said to him....Mk. 10:21. Jesus Christ did not hate him or his wealth. He looked at him. He loved him. He spoke to him.

The story of the rich man is about those who live in carousing and merry-making and forget the eternal life. It is about those who reject the gospel while on earth and end up in hell. No matter their comforting conditions, if they do not accept the gospel while on earth, a dead but resuscitated preacher will not convince them either so riches that come from God are not ungodly and the rich Christians have not lost their sanctification. God blesses them. You too can!

(11) Cross as a Symbol of Poverty.

Historical and biblical studies of the cross affirm that it was a punishment meted out to the offenders. Even in the Roman Empire that later on popularized the use of nailing offenders to the cross, it was used as a means of cruel punishment for the offenders. Biblical illiteracy and over religiosity have led our preachers and missionaries to equate poverty as a cross for the Christians. Never! And far away! If poverty is a cross, it means that God is punishing His children. If cross is poverty, it means Jesus Christ has afflicted us with a burden. He is not calling us to take our poverty and follow Him- Mt. 10:38.

(12) Self-Deníal Means Being Poor

This is another erroneous thought of the Devil. It is a teaching that Satan, the chief god of poverty has used to deceive the church. He has used this wrong thought to defraud many Christians their legitimate and godly right of their blessings and prosperity from God. Many people are poor in the world and they are godless, wicked and without self-denial.

Self-denial according to these scriptural passages:

Matthew 10:38: And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.

If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me

Luke 9:23: Then He said to them all, If anyone desires to come and follow after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me

does not mean nor refer to poverty and penury. The theological and biblical imports and meanings of these passages simply mean Christian Discipleship and Followership. If you prepare a powerful message on consolation in poverty and you teach the church of God this based on these passages, what you are doing is wrong interpretation of the Scriptures (eisegesis). It means you are using your personal ideas to interpret the Bible. You are forcing your own opinion.

Poverty is neither self-denial nor being poor a blessing!

CHAPTER FOUR

GOD OF GOLD AND SILVER

The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine", says the LORD of hosts- Hag. 2:6-8.

We will look at the eternal word of God in this beautiful and exciting chapter to buttress the topic. God is God of Gold. You must appreciate this truth so much if you will change your financial conditions. Yes! Of course, God is God of gold. He created gold, bronze, silver, shekel, minas, denarii and silver you read in the Scriptures-Mt. 20:9, 10; Lk. 19:13.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth- Gen.1:1. By virtue of this powerful opening prologue of the Scripture, God has created all that man needs for his existence and living.

Then God said, “Let there be light". And there was light-Gen. 1:3.

God is Light. Jesus is Light. Holy Spirit is Light. God dwells in the light unapproachable to any human being, says First Timothy Chapter 6:16. The light that God created was not poverty but riches. Light brings illumination and blessings. Light does not create poverty. The solar light God created did not bring  Wretchedness but blessings, When the sun rises you are awake and at alert for the day. You are awake for daily pursuit that will bring wealth and prosperity, Even industrial light and power energy are there to solve the problem of poverty. Industrial light creates wealth. Industrial light creates job opportunities and lead to prosperity.

In the creation, God created many resources to make man comfortable.

Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit....Gen. 1:11.

God is God of productivity and increase. He wants His children to yield fruit. Do you know the total number of men on earth who are rich and prosperous through the business of fruits, vegetables, seeds, seedlings and logging? God is God of gold. Read the scriptures further in Genesis 1:11-12.

Water resources and aquatic animals that God created showed that God is God of gold. He created them in order to bring pleasure to man and not pressure. Imagine the explorations of diverse of business and economic exploits in the sea today that man is doing. Transport business, the importation and exportation of goods through the sea, the military campaigns and defense Imagine the natural resources that God has deposited inside the sea and man is enjoyıng them today. This proves that God is God of gold.

We need to open our eves to see the riches of God around us and begin to appreciate God for them and appropriate  them for our blessings and prosperous living.

Now the LORD has said to Abram, ... I will make you a great nation: I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing, I will bless those who bless you... And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed- Gen. 12:1-3.

God began to bless Abram. The Scriptures says,

Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver and in gold-Gen. 13:2.

God did not condemn Abraham for his prosperity and riches in livestock, silver and gold. It was because He is God of gold. This God is interested in your blessings and riches. He desires this for you as His child.

It was because God has gold in store that he blessed Isaac and Jacob, the children of Abraham. When there wasa famine in the Land, Isaac wanted to compromise and go to Egypt. But God directed him and said

Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you”....Gen. 26:2

When God of gold is directing you, you will be blessed. When God of all truth is dealing with you, you get out of famine When God of gold speaks lo you, he equally speaks to your financial situations.

So Isaac dwelt in Gerar- Gen. 26:6.

Then Isaac sowed in that land , and reaped in the same year a hundredfold. And the LORD blessed him. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of man began to prosper, and continued prospering until flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants, So the Philistines envied I him- Gen. 26:12-14,

God of gold wants to prosper and bless you until you become the envy of people around you and nations. Commenting on his prosperous situations, Jacob said:

Please, take my blessing that is brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough" -Gen33:11

When God of pure gold is graciously dealing with you, you become a blessing to others. Then you will be able to give to others. You become a channel of blessings to many around you and nations.

And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God- Deut. 28:2.

These words, blessings, blessed, blessing and bless occur in Deuteronomy 28:1-12 ten times These are pronouncements from the God of gold that He is able to Prosper you. If you carefully read the passage from verse 1-14, you will definitely be convinced that God has more than abundant blessings in store for you and me.

The first place God talks about offering for the sanctuary in the entire scripture is Exodus 25:2-3. God demanded gold, silver and bronze:

Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering. And this is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, and bronze-Exo. 25:2-3.

God does not have gold and silver in store alone, He dwells in the house of gold. This He demonstrated to the Israelites in the wilderness when He instructed them to build the Tabernacle for Him. It was built with gold silver and bronze. Gold, silver and bronze are mentioned for nothing less than: Gold 21times, Silver 4 times and  bronze 10 times in Exodus 25-27 where God gave the instructions for His house- The Tabernacle.

Gold is the highest form of ornament in the world,. It is also in heaven according to Revelation 21:18-21.

The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear crystal....And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.

If the city of God, New Jerusalem and its street are of pure gold, it means that God is God of gold. He does not withhold or hoard His gold from us as His children. He is willing to give us abundantly.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly- The Psalmist-84:11

Yes, the LORD will give that is good; and our land will yield its increase- Ps. 85:12

God is God of gold and gives gold to His church. To say that riches are evil and ungodly is to say that the dwelling place of God is evil. No, true gold, money and riches come from God of gold who created everything beautiful and perfect.

He has made everything beautifulness time-Ecc 3:11.

He also can make beautiful riches for you and your family.

It should be said with pure emphasis that it is not a sin to say that God is God of gold. He created money and riches. He knows the secrets of money and how to get it. He teaches His people how to get money. He blessed Abraham and he was rich. He blessed the agricultural business of Isaac and he was prosperous. He taught Jacob how to gain blessings and regain his loses. The reason for all these is because He is God of gold.

And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day- Dt. 18:8.

God of gold has made a covenant of wealth with our fathers. We are expected to receive the fulfillment of the covenant in our life, marriage, destiny, business and the ministry.

The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it- Prov. 10:22.

God of gold can give you Wealth and iches without Sickness, sorrow, and sigh He can give you money, wealth and riches with sound health

Riches and honour are with me, enduring riches and righteousness-Pro. 8:18.

Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper even as your soul prospers-3 Jn. 2.

When your riches are from the True God, they will last. They become lasting legacies to eat during your long days and years on earth and you still have abundant blessing to leave behind for your children.

Houses and riches are an inheritance from the fathers... Prov. 19:14.

What do you wish to leave behind for your children? Prosperity or poverty? Do you wish to leave riches and wealth for your children after you might have gone to rest in eternity?

Remember a son of the prophet who left debt and bankruptcy behind for his wife and two children. The creditor was harassing and intimidating the poor widow and the fatherless children.

..And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves- 2Kgs. 4:1.

Debt, bankruptcy and poverty lead to enslavement and heartbeat. Poverty leads to sleeplessness. You know this poor widow could not have a sound sleep because of the incessant threats of her creditor. By divine providence, she cried to the God of gold who could solve her financial embarrassment and predicament. To leave your destiny wallowing in abject poverty and debt while consoling yourself with the second coming of Jesus Christ is faithlessness. It is a biblical and Christian miscarriage of destiny.

God delivered the widow from financial shame. She was ushered in to realm of sudden blessings and prosperity.

For thus says the LORD of hosts: Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land...; The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine", says the LORD of hosts- Hag. 2:6-8.

There is no poverty or debt that can dispossess God of His silver and gold. He created silver and gold. He puts to shame all forms of poverty and impoverishment. He delivered the widow and her two children from debt. He can do the same for you if you believe that His is God of gold. Even in the wilderness, when His children were coming to the promised Land, He blessed them abundantly.

And they did not thirst when He led them through the deserts; He caused the waters to flow from the rock for them; He also split the rock, and the waters gushed out- Isa. 48:21.

God of gold can do everything to bless His people, which I believe you are inclusive. He can remove thirst from you God of gold can do everything to bless His people, which and quench your financial thirst. He can lead you through the financial wilderness and deserts to your financial and prosperous promised land. Financial waters can low from the rock- even that business and ventures that seem to be unprofitable- for you. He is able to "split the rock" for you so that financial waters can gush out for you to enjoy.

They shall neither hunger nor thirst... Isa. 49:10.  Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, The Holy One  of Israel: "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way you should go" -Isa. 48:17.

Surely. God of godly gold can never lead you to poverty. Financial poverty does not glorify God.

And you shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, who has dealt wondrously with you- Joel 2:26.

God gives us the assurance of His covenant and its fulfillment when He says, For I am the LORD, I do not change... Mal. 3:6.

And the book of Hebrew says, That by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie.... Heb. 6: 18.

CHAPTER FIVE

30 LAWS OF WEALTH AND PROSPERITY

The scriptures open our eyes to see the secrets of prosperity and blessings for God's people. I have discovered by the Spirit of God upon me that God fellowship and blessings upon His people, they have blessed His people in the ancient days and through these become laws of prosperity for us to apply. When you apply these weapons of laws of prosperity, they also work for you. Let me share with you these laws:

1. The Law of Creation: Gen. 1:1-31.

The LORD God who created the whole heavens and earth is rich enough to prosper you-Ps. 121:1-2.The law of creation shows that God has made provision for humankınd to enjoy. He has created all things to make us convenient on earth and live for him. The creation is not poor and the provision of God is sufficient for us all.

2. The Law of Divine Pronouncement: Gen. 1:22, 28

There is no poverty that can change the pronouncements of God. Rather they are more potent than any other language of poverty. Just quote and apply them for your prosperity and blessings. He has pronounced blessings on humankind and this is sufficient for us.

3. The Law of Heavens:

Look to the havens and see; and behold the clouds- they are higher than you- Job 35:5. Heavens are richer, blessed and prosperous than your need and you. Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you set their dominion over the earth? -Job 38:33. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ-Eph.1:3.

4. The Law of Divine Exchange: 2 Cor. 8:9

The word of God says, For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich-2 Cor. 8:9.

By virtue of this biblical force, Christ has made provision for our exchange of poverty for prosperity. You can now trade away your poverty for the blessings of God. If Jesus Christ has exchange your poverty for His prosperity, then you do not need to be poor again. You do not need to remain in poverty when He has paid the price.

5. The Law of Supernatural Supply

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus- Phil. 4:19.

God has all sufficient supply for His children. You have needs that He can meet. It is God's duties to supply your need. The life in Christ is not a life in shame and poverty but in glory and prosperity.

6. The Law of Earth Abundance

And God said, Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures....Gen. 1:20.

The abundance of God's blessings on earth are enough to bless you while living on planet earth. If the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures, God has abundant blessings for you.

7. The Law of the Sea Abundance

Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy; because the abundance of the sea shall be returned to you....Isa. 60:5

God filled watercourses with wealth and blessings. So, He is able to bless you from the sea with wealth. Imagine the number of fishes and aquatic mammals that man has been eating from the creation;: yet they keep multiplying because of the blessings of God that He pronounced upon them. If god can blessed

8. The Law of the Wealth of the Gentiles

...The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you....They shall being gold and incense....Their silver and their gold with them...to the name of the LORD your God and to the Holy One of Israel because He has glorified you-Isa. 60:5-9.

You shall eat the riches of the Gentiles and in their glory you shall boast-Isa. 61:6.Gentiles are considered to be people who will be in labour and reserve their fruit for the saints. By the reason of the covenant of God, we are expected to be favoured by the Gentiles and be blessed by them with their silver and gold-Exo. 3:22; 11:2-3.

9. The Law of Divine Wish

Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers-3 Jn. 2.

If God wishes that you become rich, your thinking system should not negate this divine wish. It is the wish of God that you become rich. The divine plan and wish for us is to make us prosperous and healthy.

10. The Law of Divine Shepherding

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want- The Psalmist 23:1

No one can take care of you like the Almighty and all sufficient God. No nation or the president of any nation can supply all your needs like Him. When the Lord God is your great Shepherd, He will make you lie down in prosperity and not wallowing in poverty.

He knows the exact place where your blessings lie. He leads and guides his children to the green pasture. You remember, Peter toiled all over the night and caught sweet nothing. But when the Great Shepherd Jesus Christ got there, He directed bins and said, Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch-Lk. 5:4. Immediately he obeyed, the empty nets became full and he could not pull them out alone as hefty as he was. It was because the great Shepherd directed and led him to where there were fishes. He still leads and shepherd His people to their blessing destinations.

11. The Law of Seeking God

And as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper-2 Chr. 26:5.

When you seek God with Holy leaving and holiness, He is able to bless you. God cannot reward your faithfulness with poverty. When you serve Him, He rewards your faithfulness and commitment with great blessings part of which is financial blessings.

12. The Law of the Blessings of the LORD

The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it-Pro. 10:22.

God knows that there are sorrow in poverty that is a reason He made provision for His own blessings for His people. The Lord God has enough blessings in His warehouse and store. He is willing to give these blessings to His people.

13. The Law of Covenant of Wealth

You are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant, which God made with our fathers,  Saying to Abraham, and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you-Acts 3:25-26.

God made His blessing covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He also made the same covenant with their biological children and spiritual heirs. So, you are one of them.

14. The Law of Abrahamic Covenant

....That the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Jesus Christ-Gal. 3:14.

Once you are a Christian, you are connected with the legacy of the blessings of Abraham. This covenant is so strong and unbreakable that no poverty can stand it. You are blessed now!

15. The Law of the Fear of God

....Blessed is the man that fears the LORD... Wealth and riches will be in his house....Ps.112:1-3.

Do you fear God? If yes, you are blessed already. You are connected with God's wealth and riches. The truth of the issue is that at times Satan wants to imitate God by blessing those who worship him in diabolical ways. The true blessings and riches are with God and He gives to His children. There is no way you can fear God and serve and reward you with wretchedness. There is a blessing for those who fear God and walk in His ways.

16. The Law of Obedience

If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures- Job 36:11,

Obedience commands blessings of God upon one's life Obedience to the Word of God, in the payment of tithes, offerings and holy living bring godly rewards.

17. The Law of Close Relationship with God

Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you....Then you will lay you gold in the dust and gold of ophir among the stones of the brooks. Yes, the Almighty will be your gold and your precious silver-Job 22:21, 24-25.

18. The Law of Divine Direction to Wealth

I am the LORD your God who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way that you should go-Isa. 48:17. God leads His people to abundant blessings. When you align yourself with God and His covenant, definitely you will be blessed.

19. The Law of Giving

Give and it shall be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the Same measure that you use. it will be measure back to you-Lk. 6:38

Giving is a weapon that fights poverty. Giving Lights penury. Giving fights debts. Giving fights bankruptcy. Giving gives room for blessing and wealth. Giving returns back to you what you have given out.

20. The Law of Seed Time

God made a powerful covenant with the creation thus:

While the earth remains, seedtime....shall not cease-Gen. 8:22.

Planting your seed will surely guarantee more blessings. The Scriptures say,

Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days -Eccl. 11:1

All your offerings and gifts are now in vain in the Lord. They will return back to you in abundance.

21. The Law of Harvest

Another powerful covenant God made with the creation is the harvest time.

While the earth remains...harvest...shall not cease-Gen. 8:22.

If you have seedtime, then harvest time must surely come. The time of sowing your seed is ripe for harvest. Do not deny yourself of your harvest. Now is the time for your harvest.

22. The Law of Fruitful Trees

If God decreed that the trees should bear fruit according to their order and kinds, you are more than the trees. Blessed are you when you have financial fruits to enjoy in life.

23. The Law of Water Abundance

Then God said, Let the water abound with abundance of living creatures....So God created great sea creatures....And God blessed them....Gen, 1:20. If God could bless the animal kingdom, you are more than the animals. You are precious enough to receive the blessings of God.

24. The Law of Blessings

And God blessed them, and said, be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth....Gen. 1:28.

What else can one say to the contrary of this eternal truth? God blessed human race. This opens the door for other forms of blessings. All that you need is to key in to the blessings of God.

25. The Law of the Blessings of Abraham

Abram was very rich.in livestock, in silver and gold-Gen. 13:2

No one can erase this from the word of God. God blessed Abraham while in the jungles of those primitive years in to show to us that He can still do the same for us in this millennium and ages to Come.

26. The Law of the Blessings of Isaac

Then Isaac sowed in that land...and the LORD blessed him. The man began to prosper and continued to prospering until he became very prosperous-Gen. 26:12-13.

lt is very possible for you to begin to experience the unstoppable blessings of God now.

27. The Law of the Blessing of Jacob

The blessings of your fathers have excelled the blessings of my ancestors, up to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills....Gen. 49:26.

God blesses His people to the utmost level. He has done it before, He Is doing it and will continue to bless His people. Trust Him!

28. The Law of the Blessing of Joseph

By the God of your father who will help you, and by the Almighty who will bless you with the blessings of heaven above, blessings of the earth beneath, blessings of the breast and of the womb...Gen. 49:25.

If God fulfilled these prophetic blessings in the life of Joseph, He can do the same for us as His people under a better covenant.

29. The Law of Past Testimonies

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever more-Heb. 13:8.

God has blessed uncountable men in history. He is still in the business of blessing His people today and He will continue to do so. You can be one of those He will bless today and your testimonies will surprise many people. If God has blessed many in the past, He can do it now for you and me.

CHAPTER EIGHT

THE FUNCTIONS OF MONEY: BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVES

If you are asked this destiny worth question: Are you born to succeed or to fail in life? What is your answer? I guess you will answer thus: I am born to succeed! I am born to reign and fulfill destiny and so on. Why not on the contrary ? It is because nature does not Give for failure.  That is a reason sun rises and sets at the right time unfailingly. New moon appears at the set time Day breaks and night falls at their appointed time.

It is your right to be rich and blessed by God. When the great Supplier of all things created our progenitors, He blessed them. He did not curse them and condemn them to poverty and penury. And God blessed then, and said to then, be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.. Gen. 1:28. This was the origin and beginning of our belief and teaching Our focus must be shifted away from the evils that Satan and sin brought to man because of disobedience, We should focus on the redemption that Jesus Christ bought for us.

Giving thanks to the Father who has qualifies us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has translated us. from the power of darkness conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love-Col. 1:12-3

Riches, wealth and money have roles to play in our destiny. Money is not meant for acquisition and so alone as many feel, believe and practise. As far as the Bible is concerned monetary riches have role to perform in the lives of humanity. Bible believers should note truth.  If you are a true believer in the word of God. Vow will discover that money is given by God in order to function in specific ways.

You must realize that Christians especially are the vineyard of God. And the vineyard of God is not expected into famish in poverty but to enjoy abundant blessings of God, the Owner of the good and blessed vineyard. God has determined and covenanted that He will bless us abundantly. God promises that  …I will open the windows of heavens and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it"- Mal.3: 10.

Money received from God is to show the superabundance of God in the lives of His people. You remember when Jesus Christ fed the multitude in those days, they did not manage the supply because it was abundantly supplied. Jesus Christ fed them beyond their imagination and still left with twelve baskets. God demonstrated this act in order to show that silver and gold belong to Him- Hag 2:8. The cattle of the field, the birds of the air and the fishes in the sea are all His possessions. For every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle on a hills, I know all the birds of the mountains, and the wild beasts of the field are Mine- Ps.50:10-11.

To have money in godly and righteous ways does not make you a sinner. You have not lost your sanctification when God blesses you, Money does not mar your Christian testimony when you are blessed by the righteous Jehovah Jireh-God, our Great Provider. You do not need to be afraid of blessings from God. It has crucial role to play in your life and destiny.

Poverty is not purity. Poverty is not a mark of righteousness. Poverty is not a mark of righteous living. Poverty is not a sign that you are spiritual. Poverty is a suffering. Money is given by God to delete and take away poverty from your life. It is a Satanic secret to keep you in poverty thinking that you are spiritual because of your poverty. Poverty does not translate to Holy leaving at any point in life. Holy leaving is life in Jesus Christ.

Money is given by God to show that He has riches and He is your Father who is blessing you. A good father will bless his children. A good father will make enough provision for his children. God does more than what any earthly father can do for his children. Tap into God's blessings today!

For I am a Father to Israel -Jer. 31:9. A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the  righteous-Pro. 13:22.

God has bestowed every good gift and every perfect gift on us as His children- Jm. 1:l7

Money is given to us to function as His blessings in our life. Monetary blessings are not Tor show-off It is to magnify God. Our financial blessings are to bless His name. Money gained from God is to fulfill His wealth covenant with us. If you did not have the financial blessings, covenant of wealth in this planet earth has not been fulfilled in your life. Pray for its fulfillment in your destiny!

Money is to function as means of fulfilling the covenant of wealth in our condition and situation. God has entered into a covenant of blessing with us. This is fulfilled when you have the monetary blessing.

Money functions as the reality of Abrahamic covenant and blessings in our situations.

And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed- Gen. 12:3

You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, sayings to Abraham, And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed- Acts 3:25.

Getting monetary wealth is to show that Abrahamic covenant is real. Abrahamic covenant of wealth is not fantasy but a reality. The fact that you can be blessed is a divine reality.

Money functions as a mark that our curse of poverty has been terminated and permanently removed.

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree)- Gal. 3:13.

Part of the curse of the law is poverty- Deut 28:17-18.

Money we receive from God shows the evidence that truly we have been transferred from the realm of curse of poverty to the realm of blessings.

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor; that you through His poverty might become rich-2 Cor. 8:9.

And God Is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good works.

As it is written: He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor, His righteousness endures forever.

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, multiply the seed the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness-2 Cor. 9:8-10.

You are blessed!

CONCLUSION

God is God of blessings and wealth. He can richly bless you and all His children on earth. Trust Him for your blessings and financial comforts. Poverty is not purity! What the Bible does not teach should not be believed and practiced by the Christians.

Let us search the Bible, digest it and applied its truth to our life.

Certainly, poverty is not purity. Holy leaving is a life of grace that Christians live in order to appreciate their loving and serving Lord God.

It is the will of God that His children are blessed and prosperous in all things. This is the truth that the Bible teaches. This is the truth that God says in His word. This is the truth we should all believed as children of God.
