David the last born and only son of his parents is a good, quiet, and respectful boy. David was a slow learner at school but he was brilliant and intelligent, but he found it difficult in reading and could not catch up fast like his mates. Every child have their own way of learning, there are fast and slow learners because every child are different and unique in their own way.

On a Sunday afternoon after church service, Samuel called David aside alongside with his son Joseph. Samuel brought out a book and told David to read. David muttered words and struggled to read but he couldn't read fluently. Samuel said to David, "look at how poor you read, your junior Joseph can read more than you." As Samuel continued to compare and tease David with his son, David was heart broken and lost his self esteem, and cried within him. Maraya's brother witnessed the scene and reported the case to David's parents. Hazon was so disappointed with what his brother did.

As David grew older, he got admission into a very prestige Christian Junior Secondary Boarding School in the state. The school asked for his medical report to add to David's file. Hazon gave the school form to Samuel since he is in the medical field. As Samuel got a hold on the form, he held on to it and did something fetish with it. He did not return the form after he made the report. A few weeks later, Hazon was wondering what was taking long with the medical report because the school was asking for it. Hazon reached out to Samuel to collect the report. Hazon asked, "I gave you David's form to get a medical report for me, why have you not return the form?" Samuel said, " oh I am sorry I forgot", Hazon collected the form and submitted it to the school.

David became much more better in the educational system. He had good grades and was becoming one of the top student in his class. During light out in the hostel, David went to lay on his bed, as he tried to climb the bunk bed, a black scorpion was under his pillow ready to strike once he lays his head. His room mate saw the scorpion and immediately told David to move back, as soon as he moved back, his room mate got a weapon and killed it.

Suddenly, the Holy Spirit ministered to his room mate and said, "an uncle of yours is trying to kill you and your family, please be prayerful".

Psalm 6:2 says, "Have pity on me O Lord, because I am weak. Heal me O Lord because my bones shake with terror".

Some weeks later, there was an activity at the school that all students had to participate. David was going down the stairs to join other students, suddenly he became blind and fell through the stairs and hit his head severely on the floor, which led him to his death. The medical team rushed to the scene to attend to him, and they confirmed him dead. The school authorities and other staffs started praying because the school has never recorded a dead student. This became a battle in the spiritual realm. The school was not ready to call David's parents yet to give them the news.

After hours of prayers, God stepped into the situation and brought David back to life. The school called David's parents and told them the unfortunate events that happened at the school. David was withdrawn from the school because of his health challenge. David changed his school and he started going to school from home. David was taken to the National Eye Center for proper checkup and it was discovered that the eyes was badly damaged, so he was placed on medicated glasses to correct his eye sight.

As David changed school, his retentive memory was attacked which was similar to that of Rejoice. David became too playful, not serious with his studies, and stopped reading his books. He started coming back home with bad grades, and this made Hazon hard on him.

During a prayer session at the church, God revealed to the Pastor that they made him to become a dummy in the spiritual realm which caused him to be too playful. David was prayed upon and not long after, he gained his retentive memory and became more brilliant than ever before.

The devil never gave up on attacking David. An arrow of obesity was shot to David and he had no control on his eating habits. David was teased and bullied by people because of his body size. David felt so terrible about his body size and always cried. David registered to go work out at a gym and was placed on a diet but nothing seemed to ever work. A lot of prayers were carried out by people who actually cared about David, and God answered.

As David began to loose weight, he became a handsome young boy that his body size looked good and normal and every cloth that he wore fitted him perfectly well. Samuel became jealous of this and forced his son Joseph to start eating so he could put on a lot of flesh so that the clothes he wears will fit him just like David. Anything Hazon buys for David, Samuel will copy it and do same with his son. Samuel was so much in competition with Hazon and his family.
