What is the POPM exam?

- Preparing for PI Planning (30%)
- Executing Iterations (30%)
- Executing the Program Increment (30%)

- How to prepare for and lead PI Planning

- How to apply user stories, plan iterations, manage flow with Team Kanban, continuously refine the backlog, participate in Iteration Review and Retrospective, and support DevOps and Release on Demand
- How to execute the Program Increment, including inspecting and adapting, system demos, solution demos, and releasing value

You will also receive a course workbook and access to SAFe Studio, an online platform that contains e-learning modules, curated content, tools, resources, and exam details.
- Review the course materials and exercises from the workbook and SAFe Studio.
- Take POPM exam practice questions from Dumpsinfo. The website offers sample questions and answers that can help you familiarize yourself with the exam format and content.
- Schedule and take the exam within 30 days of course completion. You can access the exam from the SAFe Community Platform. The first attempt is included in the course registration fee. If you fail or miss the exam window, you can retake it for $50.
