In a heartwarming display of generosity and compassion, Pastor Festus Echi Philip, a cherished indigene of Ovonum in Obubra local government area, graciously paid the school fees of 185 students from 9 different schools in Obubra LGA, Nigeria. This noble act of kindness was made possible through the Ntob's foundation, a philanthropic organization owned by his esteemed wife, Hon. Gladys Festus.
