Tips for starting your day on a positive note

1. Make a to do list, the night before.


2. Choose a soothing alarm tone to wake you up.


3. Write 2-3 things you are grateful everyday.


4. Pray / Meditate


5. Drink water / Coffee / Tea


6. Get in a workout /yoga


7. Read a book / Listen to music of your choice.


8. Eat a Healthy Breakfast


Do this every morning and you will thank me later 😉
