Scene: Two friends, Bob and Joe, are sitting at a café.
Bob: "I heard that laughter is the best medicine."
Joe: "Really? I thought it was just an old saying."
Bob: "Nope, it's actually scientifically proven. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, which are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators."
Joe: "Wow, I had no idea. I guess I should start watching more comedies then."
Bob: "Definitely! In fact, they say that just 15 minutes of laughter a day can boost your immune system and lower your stress levels."
Joe: "That's great! I think I'll start by watching some stand-up comedy on YouTube right now."
Bob: "Good idea. And I'll join you. Laughter is contagious, after all!"
