1 :::Eat Healthy 

Avoid fatty foods & eat more fruits & veggies.

2 ::: Excercise! Exercise!

A 10-30 minute Excercise will do! You don't have to belong to a gym club before you start to Excercise your body.

3 ::: Drink enough water like your life depends on it.

4 ::: Make a goal, so at least you have a reason to get the shape you want.

5 ::: Engage yourself in some warm activities .eg Bike racing.

6 ::: Try taking in protein shakes.

7 ::: Excercise your brain regularly.

You can do this by "Reading Books/Novels & Also Solving Puzzles.
