How I escaped the hangman's noose in case of mistaken identity . ( An unforgettable experience)

In a clear case of mistaken identity due to a total absence of diligence and professionalism by a bunch of irredeemably corrupt police officers I wept my eyes out as I inched close to the Hangman 's noose . I hadn't met Kate nor any member of her family in my entire life . How could I have been the ring leader of a dare devil gang that assassinated her mum over a failed business deal with the family?
