The Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, recently awarded his Chief of Staff, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, for his outstanding support and commitment to football, especially female football, at the maiden edition of the Cross River State 1st Lady’s Football Female competition, also known as the Queen’s Cup Hosted by Her Excellency, Rev. Eyoanwan Prince Otu. The prestigious event took place at the U. J. Esuene Sports Stadium in Calabar, where the final match between Pelican Stars FC and Imo Strikers Angels was held.

Hon. Ironbar's dedication to the development of female football was recognized and celebrated during this ceremony, and he expressed his excitement and gratitude for the honor bestowed upon him.
