SQUARE PEGS IN ROUND HOLES

The mantra Round peg in a round hole,  over the years has put a limitation on individuals CEOs and employees alike.

We tend to take up roles resonating with our areas of strength within our comfort zone. This definitely will put a limitation on you

Everything you believe you cannot do is an area of Strength you have not given attention.

What you call weakness is an area of Strength that has been ignored

In the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem, Nehemiah who was the Project Supervisor had no training in Civil Engineering or Architecture. He was a steward to the King

A few folks who worked with him were Goldsmiths and perfume makers, yet in 52 days the work was completed.

These were square pegs fitting into round holes taking up tasks outside their areas of strength or training.

Two things will give you ability to excel in any discipline;

✓Knowledge
✓Flexibility

Flexibility entails dropping your preferences and Priorities and picking up the one of your boss, company or organization often times away from your area of comfort.

Even if  you are a square ⬛ peg you can fit into a round hole 🕳️

Acquire Knowledge beyond your area of Strength and be Flexible.
