India captain Rohit Sharma was injured while fielding in the second match of the ODI series against Bangladesh and reached the hospital.

According to the Indian Cricket Board, Rohit Sharma was injured while catching Bangladesh opener Inamul Haque, the ball hit his thumb, after which blood started to flow from his thumb.

Immediately after the injury to the thumb, his injury was examined, after which he was immediately shifted to a hospital in Dhaka for X-rays.
