Beijing: An interesting incident has happened in China in which a man won a huge amount of money in the lottery but he wanted to hide it from his family. That's why he presented a cartoon character mascot at the ceremony to receive the prize money check.

A father from Guangxi won $30 million in a lottery prize but disguised his check because he didn't want his wife and children to find out about the money.

The management of Guangxi Welfare Lottery said that the person who won the prize gave his fake name only as Lai and has been buying lottery tickets for 10 years. This person usually uses the numbers 02-15-19-26-27-29-02 and this time he has won the prize money from fortune awakening.

Lai wore a flamboyant yellow mascot (a cartoon outfit) to the award ceremony and was presented with the prize money cheque.

I have not informed my wife and children about this yet because they might become arrogant and start thinking of themselves as superior to people. "Maybe my children will stop working for the future and thus become inactive," Lai said.

Lai says that he will spend some of this money on poor Chinese people, but so far he has not thought about the money.
