Fitness is a very popular topic in the media. It is the subject of many books, TV shows, and articles. The word fitness has been around for centuries and it has always had a positive connotation. One of the first recorded uses of the word was in 1676 when it was used to describe “the state or quality of being fit”.

The importance of being physically fit and healthy cannot be overstated.

Fitness not only improves your physical health but also boosts your emotional, mental, and even spiritual well-being. Fitness can also help reduce the risk of disease, improve memory, provide better sleep, and strengthens bones.

Being physically active is a great way to stay motivated to work out because you have a better chance of feeling good about yourself after you are done exercising. This will encourage and motivate you to keep up with your fitness goals in order to live a happy life.
