Was just a little man

But she would refer to me as her husband

Of course playfully because you can

As long as nothing happened to attract remand.


I guess it made her feel young

And I, feel like adult

For some, such would do them mung

But it made my heart somersault


A red car she did drive

And each time she came around

I was always in a jive

For if she brought others a pence, she brought me a pound.


Not seen her in a while

But when I recall, I smile.
