Overview
This novel depicts several scenes that some readers may find disturbing. Please carefully consider the list of triggers found on page 3. Nadiya is an estranged, amnesiac assassin working for the Trojans. The Trojans are an elite assassin organization controlled by men called Hectors. While the life of a professional killer is anything but ordinary, she finds herself in unusual circumstances that create a sense of paranoia. Her suspicions of being watched and followed are confirmed when Leonardo makes himself known. Leonardo is a corrupt mercenary with his own moral agenda. He frequently uses his hacker skills to tip the scales of justice. While others may view his violent actions as inexcusable, he considers himself a vigilante. Leonardo is out on his own mission when he stumbles across Nadiya. He becomes instantly infatuated with her, resulting in an uncontrollable obsession. Regardless of the obstacle, he insists on inserting himself into Nadiya's world in every way possible, even if it means risking his life. When Leonardo learns the truth about how the Hectors use their power to control the Trojans, he makes it his prerogative to free the enslaved women. With each observed instance, Nadiya grows increasingly curious about her past and speculative of the Hectors' intentions. Leonardo exposes the truth behind the Hectors' motives and methods. He aids in the escape of Nadiya's sister, Anastasia, whose path becomes entangled with Leonardo's past. Her escape acts as the catalyst for a rebellion within the Trojans.
