You and I

against the rules,

the boundary of what is ethical.

We are souls

searching for comfort,

found it, but was wrong.

A mark has drawn,

society deems it immoral

and the world would never accept.

An incongruent vessel,

a mistake to be shown,

and a blunder to speak.

But We are not a mistake,

our feelings are valid,

and we too, are human.

Loving one another was a blessing,

even though society saw it wrong,

even though the world was against.

We may have the same sides,

We may not look like a perfect pair,

but I would continue to love you.

Even though I have to fight the world,

even though I have to turn my back against the society,

I would love you still.
