If everything is planned already why do we have to make an effort if its all in the hands of destiny. Can our effort make any change.

Yes, the answer is yes. Your efforts prove that you deserve it. Just like only saying big words is not enough for example if we only keep on saying the we love our loved ones or our friends or your partner but never make any effort to check on them when they are at their lowest, when we are not there for them when we're most needed. That clearly means that we don't love them. Our behaviour doesn't match with our words. So in the end, its most certain that we lose them.

Whenever we need something big in our life. Achieve our biggest goals and ambitions we have to make an effort. Never think that your efforts are meaningless.
