In the palace the witch was informed about the arrival of the new child unknown to her it was Marckel so she decided to go to Medusa's house to meet the child. Upon getting there, she spotted Marckel personally training and was impressed. She asked for and name and Marckel told her that her name was Isabella and the witch chuckled and said what a cute name. Isabella (Marckel) noticed that the witch had a soft side so why is she doing this she thought. The witch asked her how she reached this palace and Isabella told her that she walked in the forest for days and got lost in this kingdom but Medusa was kind enough to help her. The witch asked her soldier to bring Isabella to the kingdom as the little child will be part of her soldiers, Marckel surprisingly defeated all the soldiers with her sword leaving the witch impressed. The witch used her magic to take Isabella, Isabella tried to fight but her body was not strong enough for that dark magic so she surrendered and was taken to the palace by the witch much to Medusa's shock.

She saw a lot of prisoners doing hard labour and stumbled on her father, they both did not recognize each other but that feeling of connection filled their hearts and they just stared at each other, seeing Isabella staring at the king, the witch came and took Isabella away telling her to stay away from the man as the man was the former king who was extremely wicked. Immediately she said it Isabella knew that was her father and she wanted to embrace him but didn't have the chance but she still sneaked into the prison yard and gave him some good food to eat and said " I will try to save you and this kingdom", meanwhile Melisa was already mourning because if her daughter's disappearance for days, suddenly she remembered the old woman prophecy and decided to go into the tunnel to find her daughter even if she was weak from mourning and crying. She cried knowing that her end is near but she was determined to save her daughter at the risk of her life. Isabella started her work as the royal guards and soon won the trust of the witch who confided in her by telling her her biggest secret. " Isabella, I have never told anyone why I came to this kingdom in the first place, my parents were captured by a dark witch who threatened to kill them if they didn't hand over the kingdom's precious gem to her as my parents were the guardians of the gem, seeing my parents were in trouble, I ran and stole the gem and gave it to the witch hence the witch left with the gem and spared my parents life, my parents went to the king trembling, the king before this imprisoned king ( his father) for mercy since he no longer had the gem but that man never listened and he executed my parents right in front of me, ever since then I vowed to take revenge and the dark witch that took the gems took me in and trained me and I attained this dark magic but I can't tell anyone my weakness, I will be killed instantly if I tell you", the witch said that crying but she suddenly got more angry and stood up. Isabella comforted her and told her to forget the past when it hunts her but the witch was so hurt and angry to listen that she stormed off, seeing that Isabella finally understood why the witch was wicked and decided to be more calm and nice to her maybe her mind can change.
